Jay Chou Finally Releases “Stolen Love” MV

It’s been over 17 months since Jay Chou (周杰倫) dropped his last studio effort, Aiyo, Not Bad <哎呦,不錯哦> in December 2014. With the birth of his daughter in July 2015 and his obligations to other projects, Jay didn’t have time to complete the music video for his album single, “Stolen Love” <竊愛>.

Though it has well-past the promotional period for his record, Jay kept his promise to his fans, and that is to deliver one music video for every song in the album. After two years in the shelves, Jay completed the rest of the music video for “Stolen Love” and finally premiered it to fans this week. The 1.6 million TWD music video was first shot in Venice in 2014, but Jay did not complete the rest of the video until the following year.

Coinciding with the release of the music video is the announcement of the DVD and Blu-ray release of his Opus Jay World Tour <魔天倫世界巡迴演唱會>, which kicked off in Shanghai in May 2013. The tour finished with 76 shows around the world, bringing in 1.8 million concertgoers. The DVD and Blu-ray set includes behind-the-scenes featurettes, showcasing Jay’s passion and dedication to the every aspect of the tour. It will be released on May 10.
