Chinese Adaptation of “Autumn in My Heart” Releases First Film Teaser

Autumn Fairy Tale <蓝色生死恋>, the Chinese film adaptation of the 2000 Korean drama Autumn in My Heart, dropped its first teaser trailer on February 1. Using the original soundtrack from the Korean drama, Autumn Fairy Tale is a faithful adaptation with a few minor tweaks.

The film follows the love story of Enxi (portrayed by Zhao Lusi 赵露思) and Junxi (portrayed by Jiao Rui 焦睿), who were brought up believing that they were siblings until Enxi’s true parentage was revealed. They reunite many years later and fall in love. Enxi and Junxi were originally played by Song Hye-kyo and Song Seung-heon in the original.

Story of Yanxi Palace <延禧攻略> actor Xu Kai (许凯) stars in the film as Han Tai, who also falls in love with Enxi. Rocket Girls 101 (火箭少女101) member Meng Meiqi (孟美岐) stars as Xin’ai, Junxi’s biological sister. The original roles were respectively played by Won Bin and Han Chae-young.

  1. Like the fact they used the original bgm. The first male lead better looking than the Korean one but nobody beats song hey kuy

  2. Coincidentally watching this drama because I got hooked again with SSH after watching Black. I must admit he looks better with age. He looked even more dashing now in Black compared to when he was in AIMH. Was disappointed that he broke off with LYF coz they both looked so good together. However, I felt Won Bin is better-looking here and his character is just so sweet. I can’t understand why a girl won’t fall for his character. He deserves to be with the female lead more than SSH. His love for her is just incredible. Won Bin is damn cute.
