Linda Chung’s Family Appears in “Mommy, I Love You So” MV

After a three-year break from the entertainment industry due to childcare, Linda Chung (鍾嘉欣) has released a new self-composed song titled “Mommy, I Love You So” <做你的晨曦> dedicated to her children. Earlier, Linda returned to Hong Kong for work with her husband and children in tow. It turns out they took part in the filming of her music video.

Since this song is very important to her, Linda has been very serious about the production of the music video. She held many meetings with the director in order to make sure everything ran smoothly as during filming she would also have to take care of her children.

Linda hopes listeners are able to feel her unconditional love for her children through this song. When recording, she was often emotional and slightly teary. “Now that I have become a mother, I am truly aware of how hard it is. I am even more aware of the difficulties my mother went through to take care of me, so I feel that every mother is a superwoman!”

The inspiration for this song came to Linda very naturally. “One night I was trying to rock my daughter Kelly to sleep. After she fell asleep, I was suddenly overcome with a strong feeling of missing her. I wish that I can live for as long as possible so that I can stay by her side. At the moment while I was patting her stomach to soothe her, the melody of this song came to me!”

Kelly is now very familiar with the song because Linda often plays it at home. During filming when the song was played, she sang along. She also brought along jewel stickers to filming and stuck them on every worker on site.

  1. Omg! Jeremy hairstyle makes him looks so uncle I thought he can do better than that. The son has a curly hair it could be came from Jeremy.

    1. @cutie777 I always thought he looks more like a dad instead of an uncle? Sorry…and that haircut haha…..That’s why there’s a saying that money can’t buy you style. If that’s his style he will never change it for whatever reason. She probably likes father figures too since she gushes about him every chance she gets. haha lol…Again, whatever flows their boat.

  2. Her husband has some crazy powerful genes. Both her kids look a lot like the dad.

I still think her husband looks like Sam Hui’s late older bro Ricky Hui. It’s like he timewarped from the 80’s to present day lol.

  3. It’s cute to see the family. I had to laugh at Linda’s acting when her baby had the fever. And I hate the teething necklaces. Strangulation risk. Anyways, this isn’t to my taste but is nice to see her family support her.

  4. She still can’t sing or act naturally. Maybe it’s just me but it seems like she’s forcing her happiness. She doesn’t smile from the heart.. IDK.

    1. @hazel That’s why I am amazed that she actually can sell albums? That shows HK singing talent. haha… I never like her acting either. It’s been bad from day 1 til now. As for forcing her happiness even thou the dude looks old but perhaps she loves the stability she does seem happy in the way she gushes about him in every interview you hear her after.
