TVB Best Actor Ruco Chan (陳展鵬) and his wife Phoebe Sin (單文柔) recently moved into a spacious duplex home and gave fans a first look on Xiaohongshu and Instagram.

In the video, the couple shared glimpses of their daughter Quinta’s room, their private garden, and the home’s warm, minimalist interiors.

Addressing talk that they had moved into a “luxury home”, Ruco responded with humor, saying the “豪” (majestic) in “豪宅” (mansion) was not about wealth, but about pride. For him, the true value of the home lies in being able to create a happy and comfortable space for his family, especially one where his daughter can grow up joyfully.

Phoebe also revealed that much of the home was personally planned and handled by Ruco himself, from carpentry and electrical works to dismantling, moving and overall renovation planning. She praised him for being hands-on throughout the process.

The new duplex features generous living spaces, a lush private garden with plants and three large trees, as well as separate work and music rooms for the couple. Their daughter’s room was also thoughtfully designed, with plenty of space for storage, study and play.

With bright natural light, large windows and greenery brought into the home, the residence reflects Ruco’s idea of a truly comfortable family home. Many netizens praised him as a devoted husband and father, calling the new home both enviable and heart-warming.
