He was never lead actor material, but that’s also what made him so good. Lead roles are where the story revolves around but supporting actors actually create the story and he was really good at it.

That’s not how a stampede works, the people pushing from the back don’t have any idea who (or even if) the people in front of them are stepping on. The people who died were trapped under people who couldn’t choose to move off of them.

This is probably for the best as TVB doesn’t have a good track record for taking care of their older more dedicated actors (Lau Kong, for example). Not being on contract might mean not having to take pittances for wages.

I haven’t watched TVB shows in a while, but the thing I’ve learned about watching their shows decades before that is that they never know how to write a strong couple that gets together and stays together and solves problems together. @hetieshou it is definitely fear, hoarding face masks when you’re not sick is probably more dangerous than not wearing one since you’re taking face masks away from actual sick people that need them to prevent spreading it.

I’m conflicted about this. Other than Sammi or Kenneth, I don’t think she owes anyone a damn thing. Relationship affairs shouldn’t really concern anyone that doesn’t know them personally.
