“Hidden Love” Releases Trailers to Ecstatic Reaction

Starring in multiple romantic hit dramas, Lusi’s new series Hidden Love <偷偷藏不住> with Chen Zheyuan (陳哲遠) has been trending since filming started this summer. Maintaining its social media buzz, the newly released trailers quickly garnered over 2.5 million views.

Based on the popular novel, Hidden Love follows the story of two childhood friends as they grow into early adulthood. Zhao Lusi’s character secretly crushes over her friend’s older brother in high school, but meets him again in university. Although she had hidden her feelings for years, old sparks continue to sizzle.

In the two trailers, Zhao Lusi’s sweet voice perfectly captured her long-time crush for Chen Zheyuan’s character. The campus drama earned praises for its perfect casting and cheerful vibes.

Although Zhao Lusi did not wear her school uniform in the trailers, she still embodied the essence of youth with her hair in a bun and her childlike features. Chen Zheyuan on the other hand, wore a plain white t-shirt and jeans in the trailer, showcasing his bright and gentle nature.
