Kim Soo Hyun and Park Eun Bin to Lead a New Drama?
South Korean screenwriter Park Ji Eun is known for many hit Korean dramas including Crash Landing on You, The Legend of the Blue Sea and My Love from the Star. For her next drama, Park Ji Eun is reportedly casting Kim Soo Hyun and Park Eun Bin to play the leading roles.
In April of this year, the media first reported that Kim Hyun Soo and IU were offered to star in Queen of Tears. While IU eventually declined the offer, Kim Hyun Soo’s agency revealed that they were in discussion and had not received the script.
As fans wait for updates, a netizens leaked a casting list with Kim Soo Hyun and Park Eun Bin’s name listed under the alias, “Doo Min Joon” (Kim Soo Hun’s character from My Love from the Star) and “Woo Young Woo” (Park Eun Bin’s character from Extraordinary Attorney Woo). Furthermore, a separate leak is showing the two stars tied to Park Ji Eun’s new project.
Kim Soo Hyun and Park Eun Bin have previously worked together in a commercial but their most notable work together was in the 2013 film Secretly, Greatly. In the film, Kim Soo Hyun plays a North Korean spy and has a crush on Park Eun Bin’s character. Unfortunately the two stars did not have many scenes together in the film but netizens are looking forward to Kim Soo Hyun and Park Eun Bin working together again.
