Luo Yunxi and Bai Lu to Reunite For Xianxia Romance?
Leo Luo Yunxi (罗云熙) and Bai Lu (白鹿) garnered masses of fans after their sizzling enemies-to-lovers romance in Love is Sweet <半是蜜糖半是傷>. It appears likely another treat is in store, with rumors circulating that they will be reuniting for Black Moonlight Holds the BE Script <黑月光拿稳BE剧本>.
The upcoming xanxia series is based on a popular novel written by Teng Luo Wei Zhi (藤蘿為枝). It tells a story following the daughter of the head fairy sect on a heart-pounding journey to prevent the evil demon king from destroying the world.
Having once miraculously escaped from the hands of the devil, she is sent on a time-traveling mission back 500 years ago, where she takes upon the identity of a domineering general’s daughter and marries the unawakened demon king for three months. Despite his dormant status, demon roots still show through his emotionless, cruel, and bloodthirsty behavior.
Hoping to subdue the demon, the kind-hearted fairy plots to make the demon fall in love with her, so she could stab the deadly nail into his heart. However, her failed attempt causes the demon to explode in full rage, which leads her with no choice but to forcibly replace his roots with a part of her fairy soul.
Despite the merge, the demon becomes even more wild, except his target has now changed to only…her.
Official announcements have yet to be released to confirm Luo Yunxi and Bai Lu’s involvement in the drama.

I am worried Luo yunxi get targeted due to his slim frame and Pretty looks… I hope they do not as he is such a amazing and hardworking young man. For his own health, he does need to bulk up as he has been losing too much weight recently.
I hope so too. China definition of what is effeminate and what is not is too narrow. Man must look like Wu Jing. Make up and long hair is only for women. Shows have to blur out earring of guys and now they seem to target K-pop looks.

These 2 have amazing chemistry but they don’t look good together. He is too tiny next to her. I hope Bailu is pair w/ another leading men. Her career is still so young & she’s just stretching the surface and has great chemistry w/ all her leading men, there’s no need to recycle leading in such short time span.
I feel that he is too small sized to act as a demon king.
