Mandy Wong Hopes Kenneth Ma, Raymond Lam Won’t Play Her Love Interests in “Line Walker 3”

After five years away from TVB, Raymond Lam (林峯) is back and reprising his role in Line Walker 3 <使徒行者3>. Last night, he filmed an outdoor scene with costars Mandy Wong (黃智雯) and Owen Cheung (張振朗) in Kowloon Bay. Raymond noticed the reporters while filming inside the car with Mandy and waved to greet them. Once they finished the scene, he hurriedly went to watch the playback with Mandy and the production team. Afterward, he told reporters he has some upcoming scenes with Sisley Choi (蔡思貝). They asked if he will ask her about her love life, but he smiled and said, “You guys will have to ask her yourselves.”

As for Mandy, who plays a cop and Raymond’s handler in the series, she will be working with a lot of male actors in Line Walker 3. However, she revealed the scriptwriters are still developing the script, so she doesn’t know which male costar will play her love interest. “I really want to know,” Mandy expressed. “I just don’t want it to be Kenneth Ma because we worked together too many times. I’ll choose Owen.”

However, Owen said he plays a couple with Sisley in the drama. He shared, “We don’t have any intimate scenes. It’d be problematic if there were. Actually, we didn’t have any either when we played lovers in the past.”

Although Line Walker 3 is a police-themed drama, Mandy said she is not worried it’ll turn away the audience despite the current social atmosphere. “It’s about undercover cops, and the cases in the drama are far from reality, so there’s no need to worry,” she said.

  1. That’s a stupid question to ask Raymond, what do they expect him to say? “Yes, I will ask her about her love life because i know her very well and I am curious”

  2. That’s a lot of new characters. LW1 plus LW2 characters, how are they going to fit all these in? And there is no final script? They are just going to throw everything against the wall and see what sticks.
