Post Breakup with Bosco Wong, Vanessa Yeung Heads to Europe
Dating for only three months, 33-year old Bosco Wong (黃宗澤) and 42-year old Vanessa Yeung’s (楊崢) older-woman-younger-man relationship reportedly came to an end. Their high-profile romance was constantly plagued by negativity, which often surfaced as the center of gossip. Tabloids claimed Bosco’s mother also disapproved of Vanessa, and facing pressure from all sides, he finally gave in and broke up with her. Recent reports indicate he may have found new love in a 37-year old heiress, Kennis Tai (戴凱欣).
At a recent function, Vanessa refused to reveal her post-breakup relationship with Bosco. Asked if they are still friends who keep in touch, she dodged the question by repeatedly thanking the reporters for their care. Vanessa only smiled and expressed, “I have always been someone who lives happily each day, actively loving my life. I hope everyone will generate their attention towards my career.”
Bosco’s current rumored love interest, Kennis, is the heiress of Four Seas Group, a large food enterprise. She earlier launched a dessert shop near Bosco’s oyster bar, and it was said that he is a shareholder in the new business as well. In response to the news, Vanessa stated, “I have no comment on other people’s business.” Asked whether she will congratulate Bosco and Kennis if the rumors are true, Vanessa dismissed the question and thanked the reporters.
On the other hand, Vanessa’s contract with her radio station has also ended, and apparently she is not interested in renewing the work arrangement. Denying her coworkers disliked her, Vanessa, “That’s just a rumor. It’s the same as any other job, where everything is an experience. I’m glad I learned a lot from it.”
Vanessa shared she will now direct her career towards writing new books and will be heading to Europe shortly for preparation.

Unfortunately, Vanessa’s timing was off and she is getting crucified by the press. Hope she has better luck in the future.
Was watching a HK talk show that has a panel comprising of paparazzi, artist manager, psychologist, journalists etc. Apparently, for celebrity couples the manager/boss deemed not compatible (in terms of fame/status) or one leeching off another, they will try to break them off by collaborating with the press to write negative stuff about the less famous one (between the couple). This is what the panel says. Not my words (just in case some smart aleck comes and accused me of being one)

Just because the relationship was short, it doesnt mean he was looking for fling. lots of people get together because they thought they had chemistry, then when they spend more time together they find that they are very different. Doesnt matter if someone has been with someone for 3 days, 3 month, 3 years, 30 years, if it doesnt work anymore, its best for everyone that you walk away, rather than pretending all is well. Media hyped too much and made up lots too. How do they know what his mother thought??? did she sit down and tell everyone?? come on!

I would not say so. There are also couples that support and bless too. Also, if any couple really loves each other, as long as their family and friends support them, the press can only do so much. Why give the press the power to destroy your relationship? IF any couple allows that,that shows that did not have such a strong foundation/relationship in the first place.

Who knows how true any of this is?? As with any article, we need to take it with a grain of salt. The next thing you know,they are still together but are way more low profile now, who really knows???

Actually this time the media helped Bosco to speed up the decision to consider if relationship can overcome difficulties and future problems on marriage with an older woman (almost 10 years older).
Hence, Bosco can move on to find his Ms Right and not waste further time.

Maybe bosco hasn’t really found “the one ” . He did just got out of a long term relationship (over a year ago) and maybe is not mentally ready for a serious one.So the next girl he dates doesn’t mean will be his next true love. He may just want to start dating again but since there is so much negative reaction from media, I guess that’s the last thing he wants right now since he has been through a lot the past year.

Hi count me in! I also hate Bosco and is a LF fan. I used to hate Karena but after a while I read in magazine that our Fung ignored his dad’s worry over Karena and keep showering her with undivided attention. That’s when I love our Fung back, he’s so sweet to Karena!
What I’ve read on magazines about Bosco and how his mpm treated Vanessa and how Bosco broke up because he picks with his mom over Vanessa made me hate him! I for one doesn’t want my other half prefer his mom over me. I used to love him when he was with Myolie but dislike him when they broke up.

I personally do not salute Ray for prioritizing their girlfriend over everyone.I also do not admire guys who are madly in love with their girlfriends to the point that they would pick her over their own family. You can have many girlfriends, but only one mom and one dad. Being sweet to your boyfriend/girlfriend is good, however, that does NOT mean he/she is the only and most important person in your life. Maybe during the early stages when you are still fresh and head over heels. BUt that will die down with time, then you will become wiser and realize who is the most important people to you.

I read other articles where they said that his mom never really said much and never said she hated Vannessa or interfered with Bosco’s relationship ever. That is the other side of it, but of course IF you hate Bosco you will believe that his mom made them break up.
There is nothing to salute Raymond for. He is just going through the honeymoon stage with Karena, but after that all dies down, who knows what will happen? Also, I do not admire guys who are sooo in love with their girlfriends to the point that they neglect their own family and career/work.
In fact I don’t understand why you guys drag LF in? He doesn’t put Karena over everything including family, work or career. He is serious with her, yes, but he didn’t fight against family members for her. Don’t blv in anything magazines say, didn’t you say so? Karena can go to New York with his parents so it tells that his parents accept her (fully or partly, but not neglect her). And he only goes out for dates or holidays with her during his vacations or time-off, so his work isn’t affected.
On the other hand, there is nothing to ensure that Bosco’s mother doesn’t like Vanessa. And also nothing to make sure that they are over or Bosco doesn’t put Vanessa higher than anything. Bosco announced the relationship with Vanessa, it’s his courage. It tells that he is serious with Vanessa as well.
So I find both posting sides (salute or diss) have no point to compare.
Must really thank Jayne for posting all the news articles and made us realize how Bosco’s mom is a control freak over her son and how Bosco is an immature little kid who will always prefer his mom over his lover! I don’t know what kind of stupid woman will fell for him, no woman wants to be second and always have another woman in front, be it his mom. Ah Fung is an exemplary in this, to him Karena is his world. I’m impressed at how he manages to make his dad stay on the sidelines although he always has bad words about Karena and always trying to break them up.
Ladies, if your bf picks his mom over you when you ask him to pick between the two, dump him right away. He’s not worth it.

I love my mother will all my heart, and I respect her and my dad. When I was dating she would voice concerns now and then, but she never stepped in or interfered with my relationships. Call me and say “Please be careful” or “do you think” as an outside voice, but ultimately always stepping back and letting me find love on my own. I think part of this is because she had a hard time with her mother-in-law to start with.
This, imho, is much preferable to a meddling mother – especially when it comes to personal affairs. After all, it is ultimately going to be “me” who lives with the woman I choose… not her.
I can think for myself… and should conflict occur between the two, I will naturally chose the side making the most sense of the situation. I am neither hen-pecked or a mama’s boy – I can think for myself!

Neither Bosco or his momma had any choice in the matter… because Myolie left him.
Only cus myolie felt like he wasnt proactive enough. If wong mama had loved myolie so much, she wouldve urged bosco to chase after her, regardless of the means.
Fact is, bosco is not such a mamas boy that he cant make his own decisions, puhlease.
How do you know he broke up with her because of those reasons stated above? Because the media definitely have all the scoop about their relationship…not. Besides when you said you use to like Bosco in what ways? You liked him because of the personal decisions he made in his personal life or his acting ability? Because it seems like you were only a fan of his personal life because that’s what you’re judging him on and falling out of favor of. Since all you’re judging him on is his decisions in relationships it doesn’t change the fact he’s a talented actor.
