Ron Ng Throws Meaty Punches in “Prominent Family”
Praised for his acting in TVB’s hit series, L’Escargot <缺宅男女>, Ron Ng (吳卓羲) will be featured in the upcoming heavyweight drama, Prominent Family <名門望族>. Originally scheduled to costar with Fala Chen 陳法拉 (who pulled out of the role due to trigeminal neuralgia or facial nerve pain), Ron will now be paired romantically with 2011 Miss Hong Kong, Rebecca Zhu (朱晨麗), instead.
Since dating mainland model and actress, Viann Zhang (張馨予), Ron appeared to have put more effort into his career. Last Friday, Ron was spotted filming a prison fight scene for Prominent Family. The scene spoke of Ron accidentally spilling water onto one of the prison inmates, which sparked a violent fight. Although the fight lasted only several minutes, Ron threw hearty punches with real force behind them!

I’m excited for this series and I’m pretty sure this is going to be an anniversary series. It has a great cast with Damian, Idy, Tavia, Kenneth, Ron, etc.

I hope Ron’s character has more dimension, I wished that Fala could of filme this though, then again never know how Rebecca is gonna do…:S
My feeling is the series will fail. For the fact that it needs an actor to rewrite the script.
This series looks good , will be heaps better than War & Beauty 2

I hope it turns out good, but I don’t really dig this era so probably won’t watch it. Skipped Bottled Passion for the same reason.
