Tiffany Tang to Join Lee Min Ho in Sino-Korean Movie “Bounty Hunters”

Mainland Chinese actress Tiffany Tang (唐嫣) will officially join the cast of the Chinese-Korean movie Bounty Hunters <賞金獵人>, which will also feature Korean star Lee Min Ho.

Bounty Hunters, which is an action-comedy movie, boasts an investment of 35 billion KRW, roughly 30 million USD. The film will tell the story of five bounty hunters, including Lee Min Ho, who plays a mentally brilliant and physically talented bounty hunter that also has a playful side to him. Tiffany’s role has yet to be announced.

Expected to begin filming on September 2, Bounty Hunters will shoot in China, Korea, Hong Kong, Thailand, and other Asian countries. The film will be helmed by Korean director Terra Shin, who directed the popular Korean drama 7th Grade Civil Servant in 2013, and written by Edmond Wong (黃子桓), the screenwriter behind the Ip Man <葉問> film series.

Bounty Hunters will not be Tiffany’s first time acting opposite a Korean actor. July saw the broadcast of her most recent television drama, Diamond Lover <克拉戀人>, in which she co-starred with Korean entertainer Rain.
