Timmy Hung (洪天明) and Angela Tong (湯盈盈) celebrated their birthdays together with family and good friends in a fun-filled party on June 30. Timmy, who turns 39 on July 1, moved celebrations a day early to share the special night with good friend Chin Ka Lok’s (錢嘉樂) wife Angela on her 38th birthday.
Along with Timmy’s wife Janet Chow (周家蔚), the two loving couples held the event at TVB artist Stefan Wong’s (黃長興) French restaurant A La Maison. Many industry friends attended the party, including Louis Yuen (阮兆祥),Michael Tse (謝天華), Annie Man (文頌嫻), and Toby Leung (梁靖琪).
Both Timmy and Angela opted to leave their babies at home during the event. Timmy and Janet instead brought son TJ (洪大仁) to visit father Sammo Hung (洪金寶) for a celebratory dinner before attending the party. Timmy accepted an interview after the event, his face covered with cream from party games. He joked that the two couples would have partied harder and crazier if they were still single and child-free. Since becoming a father, Timmy focuses solely on his beloved son. When asked about his birthday wish this year, Timmy shared that he only wishes for TJ’s well-being.
Angela and Ka Lok shared a sweet kiss as she cut the birthday cake. When asked about birthday wishes, Angela said she does not have much to wish for this year because she already finds her life happy and fulfilling. “I am already very happy, very satisfied. When I woke up this morning, the first thing I saw was my daughter smiling at me. That is the best birthday gift I have ever received.”
Good friend Louis Yuen brought several gifts to the party, and TVB producer Wilson Chin (錢國偉) arrived with a large bottle of wine. Michael Tse was working in Wan Chai that evening but hurried over as soon as he could. Michael shared that he will give the birthday boy and girl gifts that are suitable for both adults and children. Bobby Au-Yeung (歐陽震華) also attended the party with his wife. When asked if he had brought birthday presents, Bobby joked that he will give Timmy and Angela a bunch of bananas.
