Hawick Lau Rumored to be Dating a Married Woman

After their divorce in 2018, Hawick Lau (劉愷威) has largely remained single while Yang Mi (楊冪) had a long string of rumored suitors. However, the actor was recently seen holding hands on the streets with a woman resembling Chinese actress Una You (尤靖茹).

“Hawick made no attempt to hide; he didn’t even wear a mask. His girlfriend looked really familiar.” The netizen  secretly took a photo of the pair, who was seen holding hands with their fingers interlocked. Without his face mask on, Hawick was smiling happily. As the pair was by themselves without the company of others, they were not on a filming project. The woman in the photo had shoulder length hair and a cap on. The netizen believed the actress was 30-year-old Una You.

Some netizens do not believe that Hawick was out with Una, as she is already married. Una’s manager immediately denied the rumors and angrily warned those that spread rumors to remember to be kind. Una also posted a photo on social media showing that she was currently in quarantine in Ningbo.

Hawick did not respond to the rumors, but his father Lau Dan (劉丹) denied that Hawick is dating anyone. However, Lau Dan said he would be very happy if Hawick gets married again, as he wants Hawick to find happiness and have a companion in life. Lau Dan said he does not need to approve of whom Hawick is dating, as long as his daughter Noemie can get along well with the person.

  1. Is Hawick such a boring person that the only melon the media can stir of him is his rare occasionally love life all these years… If he wants to make a comeback to China market… I doubt it will happen as successfully as he wants…

  2. I really liked Hawick Lau on the season 2 of Call Me By Fire and was sad to see him go. His deep voice was wonderful and stood out. And he is actually pretty good at dancing. It’s also too bad that Hunan TV only showed all his fun clips as extras instead of in the actual episodes. He doesn’t say much, but when he does, it’s usually a zinger. His dry sarcastic humour is witty and hilarious.
