Just Married! Tiffany Tang, Luo Jin Flash Their “Little Red Books”
Mainland Chinese stars, 34-year-old Tiffany Tang (唐嫣) and 36-year-old Luo Jin (羅晉), announced their marriage on Weibo today. In the photo they posted, the couple held up their “little red books”, or Chinese marriage certificates, and wrote, “I’m the bride” and “I’m the groom”.
Collaborating in five dramas together, Tiffany and Luo Jin briefly dated when they filmed Agent X <X女特工> in 2013, but broke up afterwards. While filming Princess Weiyoung <锦绣未央>, it was inevitable that Tiffany would fall in love with Luo Jin again due to his irresistible character.
“Luo Jin is very good to me. He’s a very warm-hearted person. He likes to put himself last, and always put the people he care about first. He gives me a sense of security. He’s unselfish, and that’s one of the reasons why I like him so much,” Tiffany said in an earlier interview.
The “love-lost-love-found-again” relationship made Tiffany and Luo Jin cherish each other a lot more. For months, the couple has been rumored to be getting married at the end of the year, but they chose to keep their wedding low-profile.
Leading up to their wedding date on October 28, it was difficult to keep everything hush. After all, planning a destination wedding in Austria was not an easy feat and involved flying out their staff in advance. The wedding location was revealed to be Schloss Belvedere, a museum housed in the Belvedere palace in Vienna, Austria.
Though rumored to have a rift with Tiffany, Yang Mi (楊冪) congratulated the newlyweds on Weibo, “Happy new marriage! Happiness forever!” Due to post-production work on her new drama, Yang Mi couldn’t attend Tiffany’s wedding in Austria.
