Kevin Cheng and Rebecca Zhu Film Movie Together

Although still dealing with COVID-19, people Hong Kong are slowly heading back to work, including artistes working in the entertainment industry. With productions underway, Kevin Cheng (鄭嘉穎) and Rebecca Zhu (朱晨麗) were seen filming for new movie, Burn <焚身> (tentative title).

Under the direction of Benny Lau (劉偉恒), the first scene was shot a day after a heavy rainstorm, and despite the humidity, Rebecca and Kevin wore long-sleeve shirts while running around looking for their missing five-year-old son. Dropping her usual elegant and fashionable look, Rebecca was makeup free and adopts the role of a mother in the movie.

After moving up the ranks at TVB, Rebecca’s first significant film role was in Wong Jing‘s (王晶) in movie, The Heaven Sword and Dragon Saber <倚天屠龍記>. Career-driven and full of determination, Rebecca is willing to sacrifice her looks in her roles, “As long as there’s room for development and improvement – I’m even willing to dye my hair white or play someone with a deformed face.”

Easing into his role as a father, Kevin was seen having fun on set with the child actors as he played games and bought ice cream for them.
