Purchased in 2018, the fully-furnished unit features riverside views and a minimalistic interior design, with all imaginable amenities including a gym. The building is steps away from the Bund along the Huangpu River.
According to the agent who handled the transaction, the unit was not sold under Kris’ name likely for privacy reasons. It is also rumored that this unit is only a small part of Kris’ assets, and he has currently entrusted others to help manage his properties and financial assets.
