Woman from China’s Uniqlo Sex Tape Debuts As a Singer

Five years ago, a sex tape filmed in the dressing room of a Uniqlo clothes shop in Beijing went viral in Chinese social media, attracting even international news outlets.

And today, the woman featured on the tape has debuted as a singer.

With the stage name Yumiko Ma (马伊娜), she has been touring the nation in the past year as guest performances at various shopping malls, pubs, and other public events. She was referred to as the “dressing room female lead” in her promotional photos. Yumiko also has an active Douyin account.

In 2015, Yumiko and her classmate at Beijing Union University were caught having sex inside the dressing room of a Uniqlo clothes shop in Beijing. Her classmate filmed it with his phone, and the clip was leaked online. Apparently, Yumiko and her classmate were not lovers nor friends—they had met for the first time that day.

Beijing authorities were notified after the clip went viral. Chinese media reported that Yumiko and her classmate were arrested and investigated. Rumors have it that the clip’s viral sensation and her subsequent arrest had gotten Yumiko very depressed, in which she had considered suicide.

  1. She is such a joke and a fool! Banging in a public place with a guy that met on first day, and let him film it. Then get depress when it’s leak. Why so desperate in the first place..

    1. @hayden I doubt she is depressed.

“She was referred to as the “dressing room female lead” in her promotional photos.”

Pretty much self explanatory. She allows herself to be named as such in her promotional photos so obviously she is milking the scandal. Not even surprised if she sleeps her way up.
