Nicholas Tse had his 30 birthday on the 29th of August. But he didn’t hold any celebration parties. Instead he had a very quiet birthday with his family. He previously had said to his fans not to visit him on set and not give him any gifts or birthday cakes. The popular actor announced that he won’t hold any sort of celebratory events in order to mourn the Hong Kongers lost in the Philippines. “Don’t send me presents or cakes on the 28th and 29th, don’t come to the set, we can’t celebrate, he said via his assistant, Adrian.
Nicholas also had uploaded some photos of himself with Kenny Kwan, Cecilia Cheung, and Yumiko Cheng wearing black. He hopes that his fans will wear black clothes to mourn and respect those who passed away in the Manila tragedy and to encourage those who survived and the families of the victims to live on.
Miss China: I think that Nicholas Tse is a very kind person. He didn’t just think of himself and respected the people who were shot to death in Phillipiness. Nic has definitely grown to be a mature man after he became a father. Not only that, his acting improved too! I started to look at him differently since he got Lucas, and growing more fond of him since “Bodyguards and Assassins” and “Beast Stalker”. He started off shaky but managed to grow up strongly. Keep it going Nic!
Total respect for his kind heart and thoughts for all HK people. Being half Jackie Chan’s age, he much more mature that JC will ever be.

Nic has really changed a lot ever since he became a father. I used to hear how he was immature and had a bad attitude and all, but he has matured a lot now. He is now more considerate and caring. I am glad that he didn’t just think of himself and thought of the victims that in tragic incident. Jia You Nic!!
Actually Nic changed a lot after he came out of prison. He actually became more humble. He used to quite all about attitude but that prison thing did do him some good even if reportedly he was punched inside? Bullied?
