Crystal Fung Goes on Vacation Without Boyfriend

The actress says she is happy to give her boyfriend space to study by going on vacations.

Appearing on variety show Liza’s Online <娛樂大家> recently, former Miss Hong Kong and actress Crystal Fung (馮盈盈), who just finished filming for crime comedy Al Cappuccino <極道怪咖>, shared more about her imaging in the drama.

When asked if she is planning to keep her fringe, she answered, “Well, part of the drama’s appeal is my hairstyle, but after 3½ months everyone really gets bored of the fringe, so now I have taken to revealing my forehead again with this parting, and shall explore other hairstyles.”

Crystal has already taken leave for a planned vacation trip to Thailand with her high school girlfriends, and would be sharing more photos. When asked if she would be generous with her swimsuit photos too, Crystal replied that it depends. “I lost a lot of weight with my busy filming schedule! Before filming I had been a little plump, around 108 pounds. Now I’m 100 pounds, but I did not go on a diet intentionally.” Previously suspected of using padding to boost her cleavage in the drama, she was asked if she will use padding in her swimsuit photos, she replied that “being slim will create a bony look in photographs too!”

When asked why she is not travelling with her boyfriend nicknamed “Bao Bao” (寶寶), she replied that the latter is still busy with revisions for his final medical specialization exams despite being 31, and that the tests are really important for him. “Being a good girlfriend means being fully supportive, [so I’ll be] heading out for fun, and leaving Hong Kong so I don’t disturb or interrupt him.” Asked if he is grateful, Crystal said, “He couldn’t thank me more! I will buy more highlighters and ballpoint pens for him.

“I will also be heading to the Netherlands in the end of May with Louisa,” Crystal shared, referring to fellow Miss Hong Kong Louisa Mak (麥明詩).
