Finale of Chilam Cheung’s “Shadow of Justice” Coming Soon
Starring Chilam Cheung (張智霖), Sunny Wang (王陽明), and Fiona Sit (薛凱琪), the Media Asia web drama Shadow of Justice <蝕日風暴> will soon be airing its finale through the streaming service Viu. The HK$180 million drama, created by former TVB producer Tommy Leung (梁家樹), tells the story of two narcotics detectives and their accords with the triads.
On the show, Chilam and Fiona have mutual respect and attraction for each other, although she eventually becomes Sunny’s girlfriend. In the most recent episode, Chilam and Fiona meet in Budapest for an investigation. Succumb with emotion and their mutual pining for each other, Chilam and Fiona share a kiss. Chilam also asks Fiona if they could ever get together, which the writers leave off for the final episode to uncover.
Shadow of Justice also stars Law Kar-ying (羅家英) and Lau Siu-ming (劉兆銘) as the main villains. Toby Leung (梁靖琪), Edmond Leung (梁漢文), and Dominic Lam (林嘉華) also star.

It’s not a bad drama if you have time to kill. I won’t go out of my way to watch it though. Plot-wise, it has plenty of holes that I will not get into as I don’t want to reveal any spoilers. Acting-wise, it’s decent, there are plenty of veterans in this series. Personally, I would watch it just for the green leaf actors, reminds me of the 80’s/90’s TVB series. Judging by the ending, it’s likely that there will be a sequel as well. Overall, it’s better than anything TVB and ViuTV can produce these days.
@anon you so biased. This drama no nice. Currently tvb “Life on the Line” is better than this 10 fold. Having veterans but weak script is hopeless.

Saw 1 1/2 episodes, didn’t like it at all…..
I enjoyed most of the show, but the ending was crap. And Toby Leung…. I just don’t quite like her in real life.
I watched it but don’t like it. The story is weak. I don’t like Chilam and I don’t like Fiona. The veterans are a nice touch but I won’t watch it with great expectations. Does not wow you not bad.
