Kenneth Ma is Fated with All Women?
A feng shui master expressed that Kenneth Ma (馬國明) does not have to worry about lacking a romantic partner. Born in the year of the tiger, he is highly popular and can get along easily with anyone. On Tuesday, February 26, Kenneth was busy filming an outdoor scene in Causeway Bay for the new anticipated sequel, The Hippocratic Crush 2 <On Call 36小時 II>. Walking along the streets and chatting happily with costar, Tavia Yeung (楊怡), Kenneth appeared to be in a good mood despite his recent rumors. They attracted a large crowd, where the men focused on Tavia, while the women had their eyes on Kenneth. Many people waved greetings at Kenneth, in which he smiled and replied in a good manner.
For the entire scene, Kenneth was right by Tavia’s side. Tavia clutched Kenneth’s arm naturally, unafraid of the nearby reporters sparking new rumors. Since the two have collaborated numerous times, they possessed good chemistry and the scenes were completed within an hour. Tavia laughed and jokingly said to Kenneth, “Aren’t you lucky, continuously being on the magazine covers. You’re so popular that there are even reporters following during an outdoor scene!” Kenneth made no reply and smiled doltishly.
A reporter asked Kenneth regarding his recent rumors after the filming was over. Did he date Natalie Tong (唐詩詠)? “Of course not. I’ve said many times that we’re only good friends. She’s like a younger sister to me, and she sees me as an elder brother.” Are you guys awkward when you see each other because of the rumors? “No, Natalie called me when she saw the magazines and we laughed about it together. We treat it as reading a short story.”
After hearing about how he is fated with many women, Kenneth said, “That’s not bad, but I really don’t feel that way. You guys always call me a Diamond Bachelor, but it’s been so long since a woman told me that she wanted to get to know me!” Do you have a type of woman you would like to pursue in mind? “No, because I’m not in a hurry to date at the moment. My family is not in a hurry either. Let me earn enough money and purchase a house first.”

It’s not just you Bubblez. I’ve never liked Kenneth and his acting and looks are average at best. There are not much actors left at TVB, so it’s understandable that he’s getting promoted.

@Bubblez, @swtlav3ndar, you guys have to understand la~ lmao. KM has been craving for news like these.. so let’s just enjoy it. He’s starting to get popular now… he’s been working so hard these past years, and finally gets the attention from some people. He’s not that young anymore, he will probably start dating again when he’s like 50 or something. For now, he’s not that stupid to not enjoy the promotions and all that.
Kenneth Ma may not be the best actor in TVB, but he definitely has worked very hard on his acting in the last few years. He accepted any types of roles, good and villainous, lead or supporting, even as a guest. He did not care about his handsome image and has proved to us that his acting has improved a lot. He used to say his dialogues with lazy intonations until he acted as a barrister in “Survivor’s Law II” in 2007/8. He was able to get rid of all his lazy intonations.
He deserves to be promoted by TVB, unlike some other actors who are stagnant in their acting, care too much about their images (such as Raymond Lam), or spend too much time in dating (such as Ron Ng).
As a matter of fact, Bosco Wong is pretty good in acting. However, due to his breakup with Myolie Wu, I think his career has also been affected as Myolie Wu is TVB’s favourite and TV Queen in 2011.
When I wrote this post, I didn’t say I dislike his acting or de-value him. If it sounded that way, I am truly sorry. I liked his acting in Speech of Silence. Secondly, I can tell and understand that Kenneth Ma is liking these news. And yes, I will admit that that it’s time for him to be promoted/valued by TVB. However, I just think he’s getting a bit over-exaggerated by the press to the point where I am getting a bit annoyed with these news. And I’m not blaming Kenneth Ma for it since it is out of his control.

kenneth is handsome but not that hot,its tvb and the media that made him hot. i remember when he was just a “kelefe” and playing 3th-line roles, and no women and media was around him saying he is a diamond bachelor.
he wasn’t hot back then because he has no money and don’t know how to groom himself! now kenneth’s face are very smooth and clean and no longer has those acnes and holes after he become spokesperson for that skin treatment centre! he also bought more stylish clothes now and have hotter hairstyles which make him a hot diamond bachelor with his family man good qualities!

That is life. No one will call you a “diamond bachelor” unless you are pretty popular and well-off. There are many more bachelors (single actors) in TVB, but people will not name them as “diamond bachelors”.

he must of seen alot in his life and didnt want to carelessly be with a woman. i think he and myolie should date, they seem compatible at this stage looking for the same things. Kenneth with his status and multiple respected industry awards will be a good departure from her ex.
