Mandy Wong Transforms Into “Madam Kill”
Although the weather yesterday morning was only 14 degrees Celsius, TVB actress, Mandy Wong (黃智雯), wore shorts to film new series, Policewoman Love Battlefield <女警愛作戰>. Cutting her hair short, Mandy portrayed a rough female inspector in the drama. Since she often scolded her colleagues in the series, Mandy’s character was nicknamed “Madam Kill.”
To film a fantasy scene in which her female police colleagues saw her as Rambo, Mandy launched herself into the air while holding two guns. Mandy noted, “I especially found a strong male for my fitness training. Since my character is such a tomboy, I could not revert back to being a girl in my romantic scenes!”

She looks good with that short haircut. I think she would play a better cop than most past actresses since she has a tom-boy look.. (and IMO, not that pretty). She looks more suitable as a cop than ‘pretty-face’ Niki Chow.
yeah agree she seems convincing to me as a cop more so than Niki and can’t act Kate Tsui!
I can;t be convinced until I see her in that role. By pictures alone, looks can be deceiving.

she should be recognized, she is one of the best out of all the new actresses and she is one of the people tvb should start promoting if they are wishing to survive in the race of dramas now that so many fadans have left
She should be. I really liked her in the series with Liza, Kevin, Bernice and Ha Yu… uh, Home Troopers? lol, she stood out a LOT. 😀
mandy look impressive! I think she’s a better one among the new ones too and she look strong enough to be a madam unlike Fala who look fragile and Kate who look not madam.
Fala and Kate as madam cop sure looks unconvincing if we compare with Mandy as madam cop since Mandy gives ppl an impressive she’s tougher, stronger in looks. However, I feel she shouldn’t follow the manly/tomboyish style to earn popularity, she should follow the sexy way like Kate Tsui who did massive kissing scenes with many actor, that’s how she gets spotted and famous hehe.

kate went the sexy way because that’s the only way she could go to gain popularity. since she can’t act she gets away with doing convincing kiss scenes instead lol
