Ruco Chan’s Mother Sets Him Up for Blind Date

To end Ruco Chan’s (陳展鵬) bachelor days, his mother has decided to step in and arrange blind dates for him. Although his mother introduced Ruco to a young woman over lunch recently, he did not appear highly interested in pursuing her further.

Ruco was linked with co-star, Linda Chung (鍾嘉欣) after Brother’s Keeper <巨輪>. Even though Ruco knows that Linda is in a long-term relationship with Philip Ng (伍允龍), Ruco allegedly remained interested in her. When they were filming The Apothecary <大藥坊> in the mountainside, Ruco carefully held Linda’s hand and guided her down the sleep slope, showing his attentive concern.

Philip allegedly grew upset and gave Linda an ultimatum, asking her to choose between him and Ruco. An insider revealed, “Linda rarely became involved with her co-stars. This time it was different. She feels that Ruco is different from other actors in the industry since he is very filial. Unknowingly, she began to have feelings for him. At the same time, she could not bear to give up her 6-year relationship with Philip. In addition, they share the same religion. So Linda eventually decided to go back to her boyfriend’s side. Blind Date

After the meal, Ruco paid and rushed out of the café, leaving his mother and his blind date behind.
