Third Accuser Discloses Nam Joo Hyuk’s Bullying Behavior

The push-and-pull bullying scandal of Nam Joo Hyuk continues to see opposing opinions and stories from alleged friends and past acquaintances. A third accuser has decried against the Twenty-Five Twenty-One actor’s past bullying behavior.

The incident began in June, when several of Joo Hyuk’s high school classmates accused the actor of bullying and taunting. His management quickly denied the allegations, and Korean outlet Dispatch also attempted to clear his name by interviewing 18 of his former classmates and 2 teachers to vouch for his character.

Third Accuser Emerges

Afterward, another former female classmate claimed to have been a victim of Joo Hyuk’s bullying. The female classmate had a bad relationship with Joo Hyuk’s close circle of friends. The group added her to a mobile messaging app and began verbally attacking her and throwing sexual insults at her. Joo Hyuk was also an active participant in this. Although the female classmate later reported the incident to a teacher, the group of friends, including Joo Hyuk, was only reprimanded by the school and no further student discipline occurred.

Colleagues Said Joo Hyuk “Has Changed”

The scandal has leveled up now, as Joo Hyuk’s colleagues in the entertainment industry hint that the actor’s character has changed after becoming famous.

Korean-Japanese singer, Kangnam, met Joo Hyuk in the JTBC show Welcome Back to School, and the two became fast friends. However, the friendship did not last. In a 2017 interview, Kangnam shared that they are no longer friends, “We no longer kept in touch after Nam Joo Hyuk became popular. Perhaps he is too busy.” When Kangnam married in 2019, Joo Hyuk was also not in attendance.

In a similar statement, Jang Ki Yong had also stated in the past, “Nam Joo Huyk and I were artistes under the same agency. He became popular after a year or so in the industry. Afterwards, he changed and became less approachable.”

The opposing side claims differently. Actor Park Byeong Eun, who collaborated with Joo Hyuk in the film The Great Battle, praised the actor for being considerate, “We were all cooking noodles in his room. After eating, no one cleaned up, and there was a lot of trash everywhere. He didn’t say anything about it. He was very generous.”

Another unnamed colleague allegedly expressed, “Nam Joo Hyuk is very thoughtful and kind. He definitely is not the type to physically harm others or deliberately slander people. He is very respectful on set, and takes care of the staff. The recent news that broke out about him is beyond my imagination.”

  1. *sigh another one that was already refuted by agency and will be taken legal steps against. Actually published texts that where taken out of context are ironically showing that NJH ended this chat and exited with bunch of other friends while being critical to what was happening in the group (saw the screenshots). It has been already all over the press and forums that tis one has been refuted as well.

  2. To be honest, many artiste will change after being popular…they will definitely be alot more cautious and selective who they hang out with. It is just human nature to change and adapt as situation change, really nothing wrong with that… It is only wrong when they use their new found fame to bully, abuse or take advantage of the weak. Otherwise, they can decided to just keep to friends/families that they trust around them.
As for the 3rd accuser, unless she has clear evidence Nam Joo Hyuk also actively abused her… her accusation is weak. Anyway, he did leave the Chatgroup shortly after it got nasty.

    1. O must admit, there are those so called fans who want their fifteen minutes of fame. However, these celebrities do not disappoint in giving their fifteen minutes of infamy.
I must say this much, although I most likely eill get skinned alive for saying this. The Asusn celebrities do so many nefarious deeds and they and their management insult the general public’s intelligence with lies and denials. The brainwashed worshipping fans also will not believe their gods can do any wrong. NO wonder these men and women insult their intelligence. Makes me very ashamed. I remember an interview and an actor tried to make it look like he was kissing a man passionately for the first time and talked about it felt weird with the stubble. He also said he had hardly been kissed in real life. Well, men are his rwal lifepreference, and he had a man years before he made his drama that made him fairly well known. Because I have seen the actions of these propke up close and personal, it is so sad how they get away with thrur dickening actions, while fooling the sheep at the same time. I hope this woman has solidvoroof to back up her claims. I do know one celeb that when he meets one on one eith his female fans, their phones, cameras etc are confiscated which equals to no evidence. . Another one who has a wife, plus another man’s wife, and also a man His fans think he is the sweetest, most innocent darling big boy in the world. People are paid to speak up for these propkr. Or they volunteer to defend them because they like, or/and worship them.

      1. My new phone is all over the place. I can spell., lol. Misspelled Words as they should be in order……
I, Will, Asian, Real Life Preference, People, Their Sickening, Solid Proof, With, People.

    2. @Hohliu , not mad, just in shock how some fans think their idols are heroes and saints and cannot , and do not do the things that are said, or printed about them. If the identities of the ones I refer to, and others are made public, these fans will have heart attacks, or go out there and hurt themselves, and, or others. Not mad, just laughing at the insanity I heard.

  3. I just know that for some artists, they are only nice to ones who can beney them or help them. Everyone else gets shitfaced.

  4. They are all a bunch of hypocrites. They only cozy up to who can help their career progress. They might lije, or respond to a few fans on their social media accounts if they have a PHOTO BOOK, or a drama or album or whatever coming out. Funny thing is, it is not them responding personally, but their people. There is this INFLUENCER who thinks she is tight with Two big time hypocrites because they ‘respond’ to her tweets and Instagram posts. Little does she know that the Teo babies do not have a clue about her, and neither do they care. Oh yeah, they only respond personally to who can help them. One is always talking about humble and kind. He is the biggest user, racist, insulting, cold selfish, ruthless, lying and unforgiving celeb you will ever find.

  5. There seems to be an increasing frequency of SK celebrities being accused as bully in school. Wonder how much of it is true or if it’s really not uncommon in SK or it’s actually common in other countries as well but just not many are reported/ surfaced out.
I hope if this is proven true, fans will open their eyes and start having a brain to assess and accept. If it’s not, the right amount of legislation is enforced on the case and to act as a warning to others.
