At a recent media appearance, Cecilia spoke about the joys of raising her two boys, Lucas and Quintus.

it looks botox to me too. however, i do notice that as people age, their face get bigger but i think at 34, she’s too young to start having that issue.
Maybe she did have botox, but she does not look awful. Her face is just rounder, that’s all.

I’m not sure if it’s botox that caused her face to look bloated, but I think she’s stupid to do that as she’s a great looking gal and shouldn’t succumbs to that. She can always choose to age gracefully.
her chin may not be pointy and she probably has gain some weight, but she still looks gorgeous. in this picture, it appears that she’s probably at a point in her life, where she has found some kind of happiness and possibly peace. these hk media always try to find some kind of negative news on these celebrities.
She’s not really a single mother. She probably have personal assistants help her take care of her children, clean her house, look after her etc.

Stress, high levels of sodium intake, not drinking enough water etc etc etc all these things can cause bloating. It’s not a big deal. She still looks great.
Face bloating due to diet, health reasons etc. can be factors, but judging from the pictures above, her face bloating looks quite serious, not your average face bloating from sodium, water retention, stress levels etc. hope she’s okay..
Or maybe she gained some weight? Good for her! She’s always been a bit round-faced and youthful looking before she presumably had anorexia after the break up with her now ex husband.

it seem like she just age…she is indeed in her mid 30’s, nothing wrong with her face, she just age and maybe not in a beautiful way from all the negative comments i see here. i think a lot of celebrities don’t look the same off camera anyway so i find this very normal. we all age.

Fat injections don’t look like that though, at least not the expensive ones. I would assume if she does get them she wouldn’t go cheap on her face. Seems like she gained weight to me.

Older men is accepted in society as more mature, age well, more manly, father figure. But women doesn’t receive same treatment.
Life as woman is sad. Once reach 40, women consider old, hormone decline, collagen gone, menopause approaching, men divorced them for younger women, chance of getting remarried is very low. Fact of aging. Every woman age. So we just support them by not pouring more salt on their wound.
