Julian Cheung and Anita Yuen’s Investment Properties Are Revealed

Having found success in their careers, celebrity couple Julian Cheung (張智霖) and Anita Yuen (袁詠儀) are savvy investors with keen eyes for real estate.  The couple live in a luxurious mansion and occasionally give fans a glimpse of their homes through their social media.

The couple recently shared a selfie to welcome the New Year and unintentionally revealed the interior of their home. The selfie’s background highlights the couples’ simple and stylish interior which is decorated with artworks. Furthermore, Anita often gives fans an additional peak of her home by sharing personal videos on her social media, including videos of her dogs playing inside their home.

The couple reportedly invested in many properties over the years. In 2017, Julian broke the real estate records by purchasing a luxurious unit in Tai Po Court for $91.8 million Hong Kong dollars. Market Sources also reveal that Julian owns another luxury home in the same building for $100 million HKD.

In August 2023, the couple reportedly jointly purchased an industrial unit in Chai Wan Industrial City for $8.8 million HKD. Many netizens commended the couple for their financial strategy in diversifying their investments to build their wealth.
