Tavia Yeung on Marriage: “It’s Not the Right Time Yet!”
Rumored couple Tavia Yeung (楊怡) and Him Law (羅仲謙) returned to Hong Kong after attending the TVB Star Awards Malaysia 2014.
Their joint appearance in Malaysia sparked marriage rumors between the couple once more. Him reportedly has been working over time to save for their wedding next year. Although Tavia and Him’s relationship has become more high profile, the TV Queen said she will get married eventually and share the news then, but it is currently not the right time for a wedding. Him is also focused on his career and wants to achieve financial stability before getting married.
TVB Artistes Celebrate Victories
Charmaine Sheh (佘詩曼) and Roger Kwok (郭晉安) emerged as the top winners at the TVB Star Awards Malaysia 2014, winning the My Favorite Actress and My Favorite Actor awards respectively.
Line Walker dominated the awards in various categories and Charmaine thanked the cast and crew for their hard work in producing a great show. Since she has work commitments in Mainland China, Charmaine is unsure when she will be able to celebrate with her friends and family in Hong Kong.
With his critically acclaimed role in Black Heart White Soul <忠奸人>, Roger Kwok won the TV King award for a third time. Since the awards system between Malaysia and Hong Kong are different, Roger only has half the amount of confidence in repeating his victory at the TVB Anniversary Awards.
Ruco Chan (陳展鵬) did not feel embarrassed to share the stage with rumored girlfriend Linda Chung (鍾嘉欣). He hopes they can have a long-lasting onscreen partnership for 30 years, similar to Adam Cheng (鄭少秋) and Liza Wang (汪明荃). Although Ruco lost the My Favorite Actor award to Roger despite his popularity in Malaysia, Ruco felt the results were fair and all the winners deserved their awards.

I feel like Tavia want to get marry and Him don’t. Tavia is 35 yrs and her career is stalling and she’s getting older. If they break up Tavia will have a hard time finding a new prospect while Him is younger, handsome and his career is hot…he can find a new mate very easy.

he seems very in love with her, i think it goes much deeper than surface level if they have lasted this long. they even wear the same kind of smile even when apart. sometimes ppl just click more personality-wise than the other partners they had, why keep judging them for their age only?
good luck to them, he’s hitting marriage age for men anyway so i believe it if he were to propose and has been saving up to this pt, next step is marriage. they are definitely engaged, they look to be in high spirits lately. my guess is they are just keeping it low key so others don’t foil it and planning is progress. otherwise, why the new car, rare public acknowledgment, and home being bought? it often signifies them changing into another stage of their life.

that’s the problem when they have younger boyfriends. women have ticking biological clock but the men still want to establish a career and not ready for marriage and kids. when they do get married, it’s because some are pregnant.

In the latest interview at the airport, they didnt outrightly deny being in any relationship. This was a change from previous denials or indirectly changing the subject. Both just said not now, so the implication is they are together. They hv been more open abt their relationship this year. Good for them i expect wedding bells next year. They hv been smart just keeping it low profile. Otherwise reporters will hound them once any announcements are made. Happy for them, to stay together against the odds & most ppl not giving them a chance. True love between two ppl will not be shaken. Wish them happiness 🙂
