Jiro Wang Admits Dating Japanese Singer, Lena Fujii
Today, 36-year-old Jiro Wang (汪東城) announced his dating relationship with 33-year-old Japanese singer, Lena Fuji. He captioned the photo, “Today is not April Fool’s Day!” stating that he is not kidding around.
It turns out that Jiro has long admired Lena. When Lena held her concert in Taiwan in 2009, Jiro attended the event with his friends Jaycee Chan (房祖名) and Vanness Wu (吳建豪). In 2013, Lena once again stopped in Taiwan for another performance, and Jiro was a guest in the finale performance. Taking a backstage photo together, Jiro later shared the photo on social media and wrote, “Today I finally asked her and she said yes. Give us your blessings!” But Jiro quickly followed with a message that he was only playing an April Fool’s joke on fans.
Four years later, Jiro and Lena have truly become a couple. Making his relationship with Lena public today, Jiro emphasized that this time it was not an April Fool’s joke.
Good friend and former Fahrenheit boyband member, Calvin Chen (辰亦儒) quickly responded to Jiro’s post by writing, “We’ll wait to be your groomsmen.” Dylan Kuo (郭品超) also replied to Jiro’s announcement, “Leaving me was the right decision, wish you happiness!” Danson Tang (唐禹哲) joked, “Maybe she’s pregnant? Haha…wish you the best.”
Speaking with Apple Daily, Jiro admitted that he is dating Lena but asked for the media to give them space in developing their relationship.
Fans were shocked by Jiro’s sudden announcement. While some fans were happy for Jiro, some found the news difficult to accept.

On another note, mirror, mirror on the wall, who is the fairest of them all? He looks more feminine than her, and her, and he is certainly wearing more makeup than her. How women find that drag queen look attractive is beyond me.
“It turns out that Jiro has long admired Lena.” Translation: She’s hot. Lol. I tried listening to some songs from this pseudo-model…there’s no talent whatsoever lol. Probably why they would fit together perfectly.
I’m happy that Calvin and Danson still stay in contact with Jiro and are still good friends. They used to be in a lot of series together. Hope they will work together again in the future.
