Johnson Lee Denies Romancing Ellen Chan

Ever since the reality comedy show, Office of Practical Jokes <玩 嘢王> aired on television, Johnson Lee’s (李思捷) popularity has been soaring. The public even jokingly exclaimed that karma would get him back and someone will eventually prank him. Many praised the show’s creativity and Johnson received support from friends and even the victims, which includes Bob Lam (林盛斌), Sire Ma (馬賽), Jason Chan (陳智燊), Janet Chow (周家蔚), and Grace Wong (王君馨).

When producer, Sandy Yue (余詠珊), requested that Johnson become the host of the new variety show, Johnson realized that this would not be an easy job. He had to make sure the details were well planned and the scripts were impeccably rehearsed to ensure that the scenarios were realistic enough to trick the victims. Aside from the intense rehearsals, Johnson also hired a large number of people to help him form his “Johnson Troops”. Johnson exclaimed, “I didn’t think that the ratings would hit 23 points at all; I’m surprised at the amount of positive feedback I’m getting.”

Denies Rumors with Ellen Chan

Recently, pictures of Johnson and Ellen Chan (陳雅倫) hugging and kissing appeared in magazines and it was rumored that Johnson was cheating on his current girlfriend. Johnson denied the rumors and stated that he only took her home because she was drunk. “If I were to start a relationship with her, I would’ve done it 20 years ago! She’s still very beautiful and I’m pretty sure most men would fall at her feet. Despite this, I respect her and she’s only a sister to me.”

Next year, Johnson will be turning 40 years old, and he hopes to settle down with his long time girlfriend, Lukian Wong (王寶寶). He expressed that he values the idea of starting a family and would choose family over love. “The intensity of love is not eternal and will eventually dim down. It’s important for me to have an actual family to go home to; I just don’t know when it’ll happen!”

Johnson has been in the industry for a long time and is primarily known for his performing abilities. He has dressed up as the Four Heavenly Kings, Stephen Chow (周星馳), and even Adam Cheng (鄭少秋), in the past. Johnson’s road in establishing his entertainment career was not easy and he admitted that he has put in over two decades of effort in order to get where he is right now.
