King Kong Confirms Split with Nana Liang One Year After Dating
King Kong (金剛), who just ended the first season of his ViuTV program Travel with King Kong and the Beauties <金剛旅神團>, has confirmed that he has broken up with Taiwanese rapper Nana Liang (梁云菲), exactly one year after announcing their relationship.
On April 19, the Taiwanese entertainer—who shot to fame following his TVB appearances in Hong Kong—uploaded a black and white picture of himself underwater on Instagram, along with the phrase “R.I.P.” Nana Liang then followed up with her own Instagram post, implying that she had ended her relationship with King Kong. The two have also unfollowed each other on social media.
Taiwanese media reached out to King Kong’s manager, who confirmed that the two have “peacefully ended” their relationship.
On the afternoon of April 19, King Kong clarified in an Instagram update, “To be honest… the reason isn’t important! Although it is painful, and astonishing, [I will] still bless [her]. I hope you will continue to fly towards your dreams!”
King Kong announced on April 22, 2019 through Instagram that he had been dating Nana. The Taiwanese rapper had appeared in a few episodes of King Kong’s ViuTV program that aired last month.
Prior to dating Nana, it was known that King Kong dated former TVB artiste Yuri Chan (陳蕊蕊). They broke up in 2014.
