Bosco Wong Tells the Media to Give Him Some Space

Last week, Bosco Wong (黃宗澤) and Japanese model Jun were seen shopping at a supermarket together. The actor admitted in a later interview that they are in the beginning stages of a possible new relationship.

Ever since parting ways with longtime girlfriend Myolie Wu (胡杏兒) in 2012, Bosco’s love life has become a recurring topic in many Hong Kong gossip magazines. “I always feel that it is the media that cares about my love life the most,” he said with a laugh. “If you want me to find a girlfriend, please give me some space. Like I always say—please let me finish my meal and my show before you ask me to leave.”

In regards to his blossoming romance with Jun, Bosco expressed that she has already returned to Japan. Asking if he would visit her there, Bosco said, “There are probably a lot of Hong Kong people in Tokyo.” He stressed again that they are only in the beginning stages of a possible relationship. Whether or not they will make their relationship official depends on fate.

When speaking about his new TVB drama Two Steps from Heaven <幕後玩家>, which also stars Edwin Siu (蕭正楠), Louis Cheung (張繼聰), Priscilla Wong (黃翠如), and Alice Chan (陳煒), Bosco praised the show’s unique subject matter and said he’s been having a fun time on set. “[Edwin and Louis] make me laugh, so that’s tiring.”

    1. @happybi Absolutely agree. At this early stage of the relationship when the feeling is not strong enough, it is so easy for a couple to call it a quit as they can not put up with the harsh from the media.
Also, many of Bosco’s Mainland fans are so angry at him as he is dating a Japanese girl instead of Chinese…patriotic reason??? Oh well, it is not easy to be a celebrity after all…
