Mandy Lam on Her Relationship Arc With Jack Hui in “Lo and Behold”

With Come Home Love: Lo and Behold <愛.回家之開心速遞> being a long-time favorite sitcom, TVB hopes that it will surpass classic A Kindred Spirit’s <真情> record of 1128 episodes. One of the main couples in Lo and Behold, Mandy Lam (林淑敏) and Jack Hui (許家傑), have overcome many obstacles to be together, but what will be in stall for them in the upcoming episodes?

In the last two years, Jack and Mandy’s relationship arc has become one of the most popular pairings. They were even nominated for Most Popular Onscreen Partnership at the TVB Anniversary Awards for two consecutive years. As the artistes’ popularity levels increased, their jobs increased, and Jack especially has been filming for other dramas.

In a recent social media post, Mandy speculated what would happen if Jack and her characters have new experiences which can lead to fresh opportunities separately, many fans became worried about the characters’ relationship and whether they would stay together.

  1. Honestly kinda sick of watching their relationship…don’t want to see them break up but wish the scriptwriters would just let them finally get married or whatever. Hoping she gets reinstated back to the company soon because their story arc is getting really boring.

    1. @scarlett013 True True. 大小姐 needs to go back to the company asap. These days Lo and Behold is getting boring and not funny anymore. I even felt bored when watching my favourite Lo and Behold couple – Gongsui….They need to cutback the 7 days to 5 days filming so that the scriptwriters have more time to think better story..
