Him Law “Must Keep Fit” When He Turns 30
Maybe girlfriend Tavia Yeung (楊怡) has been keeping him grounded, but Him Law (羅仲謙), who turns 30 in August, has matured beyond his years. At a function for the skincare brand OLAY, Him said he exercises every day and maintains a strict diet, emphasizing the importance of keeping fit and healthy. As a public figure, Him also keeps his skin healthy and shared some of his thoughts on skincare from a male’s point of view.
Tavia was embroiled in plastic surgery rumors recently, with gossip claiming that she altered her lips, chin, and skin in order to appear younger and more beautiful. As for Him’s thoughts on the plastic surgery claims, he did not directly deny the allegations, but admitted, “It is important for artistes to be in their best shape at all times. She is pretty enough. Of course, as like anyone else, it would be ideal to look even more outstanding, but what I hope for instead is good health. In this industry, we work longer hours than most people. I’m afraid that I won’t be healthy when I get older, so it’s better to get a good grounding now. Inner beauty is more important than outer beauty.”
Him is currently researching more about healthy foods, expressing that he has to be well-prepared for what is ahead, “I am healthy now, but obviously with age, our health will decline. All in all, I hope that I’ll still have enough youthful energy when I’m old.”
Him is also gearing up promotions for the upcoming Tiger Cubs 2 <飛虎II>, which is set to air this summer. “We’re going to promote this all over Southeast Asia, so I have to practice my Mandarin! I also need to work out my [pelvic muscle line]. People don’t care about the 42-inch chest anymore!”

i despise him ever since the incident about him bashing his ex, teresa fu. i am not siding teresa fu because we do not know if she had provoked him in the first place. but, he is definitely guilty in terms of physically abusing a woman. ever since he dated tavia, this dark history seemed to be forgotten
Agreed, absolutely “zero” excuse for physical abuse/violence (even when provoked or whatever).
That’s the point of Tavia. She is a clean slate so she gives him a new image. It is all PR I tell ya. That being said he did not abuse the woman, he struck her, and I do believe he did so because she was violently striking him. He is a douchebag, a cheat, a bad boyfriend and I never felt I could like him because I feel he is pretentious but I do not believe he is an abuser. He just tried to stop her. Teresa Fu was no mild soft woman. There is always an excuse. Neither should hit the other. She did go all out with a vengeance to kill his career, unfortunately being vindictive with a vengeance never really could help anyone.

Not that I’m siding with anyone (in Him Law and Teresa Fu case). Just in general.
It is not contradictory. You just lump one single act of violence as a repeated pattern called abuse.
All it takes is “one” strike for it to be considered physical abuse.
But, based on “all those big” bruises, he struck her more than “once”.

Him Law did it to himself. All victims should file charges (at the police station) against the abuser when physically abused to make sure that it’s recorded in case there are future offenses. Never let it go unrecorded.
If he struck her even if its just once then he abused her, its called physical abuse. You don’t have to be beaten to the pulp repeatedly to be considered abused.

If they were “just an act”, why would Tavia need to have her face in Him Law’s lap?
Theresa has many old and new bruises in her body. How do you explain for her old bruises? That she struck him many times and he paid back? I do not believe Theresa can abuse Him, look at her small size and his six pack. It means she has been beaten not only one but many times to me.
Overall, I believe he wanted to stop her by abusing her. However, Theresa is the unlucky one as her value in the eyes of Filmko is less than Him ‘s.
Actually I ‘d rather believe Amigo Chui did not abuse his girlfriend to Him Him. At least Amigo ‘s girlfriend only had new bruises.

Funn, how do you know that Him ” just tried to stop her…vindictive…etc?” You sound like you know one of the party personally? Besides Like MW said, filing charges for abuse is the right thing for any citizen to do regardless whether the person is a celebrity or not and dating the offender or not.

striking, punching, kicking, slapping, strangling, biting – these are all different forms of physical abuse. physical abuse simply means an act of another party involving contact intended to cause feelings of physical pain, injury, or other physical suffering or bodily harm. it doesn’t have to be a repeated pattern to be termed physical abuse.
furthermore, him hit teresa on two occasions according to old articles. so that wasn’t “one single act of violence”

Just curious on how this article on eating and living healthy digressed to unsubstantiated “physical abuse”. Do readers really have nothing to talk about but to dig up rocks to see what they can find?
For those insisting on labeling Him Law, why not use the catch all term of “domestic violence” instead of “physical abuse”. The abuse can be in the form of verbal, mental or physical directed at the victim by the partner usually characterized with short-tempered, manipulative, domineering and exploitive traits.
Wow, so this Him-bo is a woman basher? One act of violence is enough to make any sane woman want to steer clear of such men no matter how handsome they look or how hot they are in bed. Who knows when he’s going to bash another woman up again.
