Kim So Hyun and Kim Ji Won Play Married Couple in “Queen of Tears”

Fans are excited for upcoming South Korean drama Queen of Tears starring Kim So Hyun and Kim Ji Won as an affluent married couple who overcomes a thrilling crisis.

In the drama, Kim So Hyun plays a lawyer and legal director of QUEENS Department store. Kim Ji Won plays the third generation heir of QUEENS Group. As a power couple, they overcome their obstacles while seeing their relationship grow.

Ahead of the drama’s release, the wedding photo was leaked on the internet and attracted the netizens’ attention. The netizens wrote, “Kim Ji Won looks good with everyone. This is the first time I saw Kim So Hyun in wedding photos. They look like a good match and they both have great acting skills. I look forward to watching the drama.”

The drama also casted Kwak Dong Yeon, Park Sung Hoon, and Lee Ji Yeong. Kwak Dong Yeon plays the younger brother of Kim Ji Won’s character. This is not the first time Kwak Dong Yeon and Kim Ji Won collaborated together as the actor previously played Kim Ji Won’s ex-boyfriend in Fight for My Way.

Aside from the cast, many fans are pleased to know that the drama is helmed by screenwriter Park Ji Eun who is known for many popular hits including My Love from the Star, The Legend of the Blue Sea, Crash Landing on You. In addition, the drama is overseen by director Jan Young Woo of I need Romance 3 and director Kim Hee Won of Vincenzo and Little Women.
