Myolie Wu Goes Shopping with Boyfriend Philip Lee
After Myolie Wu (胡杏兒) was spotted kissing entrepreneur Philip Lee in Taiwan, she has opened up on her new romance and exclaimed Phil is ideal husband material. No longer having to hide the relationship from the public, the couple went shopping hand-in-hand last week on the busy streets of Hong Kong.
When spotted and followed by reporters, Phil appeared uncomfortable. Holding two bags with one hand and Myolie’s hand with the other, Phil nonetheless remained calm and continued to protectively shield Myolie from the crowded chaos.
Although Myolie wore sunglasses and left her hair down to prevent being recognized in public, Phil’s tall stature attracted attention. When the couple entered a bank, one reporter unabashedly followed inside. Phil politely asked the reporter not to disturb private business and to wait outside.
Friends Bless Relationship
With his well educated background and considerate personality, Phil won approval from Myolie’s friends. Although only dating for several months, the couple found each other to be ideal marriage partners and cherished their relationship.
Myolie’s good friend, Elaine Yiu (姚子羚), was shown photos of the couple holding hands while shopping together. Elaine laughed, “So openly? She’s daring now. It proves that she really values this relationship. He may be her Mr. Right. I’m going to question her later!” Elaine believes the couple is at a suitable age for marriage and hopes they will enter the next stage in their lives soon.

I agree, it sure seemed that way. Myolie seemed a bit embarrassed afterward. And you can totally tell her boyfriend is really upset about the whole situation. Hope they don’t break up because of it.
He’s probably just still not used to the amount of attention Myolie gets. His personality seems a bit stiff(completely opposite of Bosco). Hope it works out anyway, he’s quite a handsome guy as well.

Philip Lee is probably just not comfortable/used to the paps constantly hounding them. Men (not in the entertainment industry) “must” seriously like a celebrity plenty to be willing to endure the paps AND announce to ALL women out there that he is “attached” and not available.

I agree with everyone i think she more into the relationship then he is but overall i do hope she finds happiness but why does the media keep mentioning marriage make it seems like she latching on to this guy no matter what
because she told the media she hit jackpot. for a woman, the need to find a lifelong companion is more urgent in their 30s.
What would a well educated background man look in a celebrity except her looks? He can easily find someone with the same stature and good personality outside the entertainment.
Why are you saying it as if “celebrities” are not human beings and just a product?
Eh, celebrities have pesonality and such too. They’re as human as you and I. So why couldn’t a rich and educated man falls for a celebrity’s personality and such like two regular persons do?
Don’t forget that Myolie was studying chemical engineering in university (might’ve been HKU). She just didn’t finish her studies because she found a much more lucrative career path. It’s not easy to get into a Hong Kong university. She has looks, intelligence, and money: you couldn’t really ask for more or better, in my opinion!
She did not go to HKU. In an interview she studied somewhere else out of Hong Kong!
She also admitted that she didn’t do well in school and she could not go into further studying for engineering

HKU was not hard to get in at the time compared to now Myolie isn’t dumb but you can’t compare to now cause HKU is getting better and better and the acceptance rate is lower of course by a lot than what it used to be
