Spotted: Candy Yuen Locking Lips With Wealthy European Businessman

Former Miss Hong Kong candidate Candy Yuen (袁嘉敏), best known among Hong Kong viewers as “Ting Man” in the 2011 TVB crime drama Lives of Omission <潛行狙擊>, caught the public’s eye again when she agreed to do a daring performance in the Category III film The Gigolo <鴨王>. In the erotic movie about male prostitutes, Candy, who plays one of the lead’s clients, has a nude scene.

The film was a decent success in the Hong Kong box office, and Candy’s popularity skyrocketed. According to gossip reports, the film’s success had increased the former MHK’s income, and Candy moved in to a luxury apartment located on the Mid-levels.

In addition to her new wealth, Candy has also found new love. After breaking up with well-known photographer Wing Shya (夏永康) in 2009, Candy laid low in regards to her love life. But two months ago, the paparazzi spotted Candy locking lips with Italian-French businessman Kenneth De Trazegnies, the director of global textile manufacturer, MDT Pacific. Caught on a date night, Candy and Kenneth were photographed hugging and passionately kissing multiple times.

According to gossip reports, 36-year-old Kenneth De Trazegnies is from an extremely well-known and privileged family in Europe. He owns a $40 million HKD mansion and a 10 million sq. ft. factory in Hong Kong. Kenneth grew up in Belgium and inherited his family’s textile company upon graduation. With intentions to develop in the Asian market, Kenneth moved to Hong Kong in 2007 and has built factories for his company in Mainland China, Indonesia, and Pakistan.
