Stirring hearts with his performances in dramas such as Glory of the Special Forces <特戰榮耀> and Who Rules the World <且試天下>, Chinese star Yang Yang (楊洋) celebrated his 31st birthday on September 9!

Turning up on the set of his latest drama My Fireworks on Earth <我的人間煙花>, production crew members threw the star a small but thoughtfully arranged birthday celebration. The simple balloon and floral-themed décor was complemented by mini fireworks set off by sparkler candles, which created an exuberant scene when the actor, dressed in his character’s fireman outfit, made wishes and blew out birthday candles.
With an active social media presence, the Shanghai-born star recently shared a dashing set of photos of himself dressed in white. Showing off his perfectly sculpted back muscles in a sexy mesh tank top with his jacket half removed, the photos resonated with massive likes from fans. Proving his star power, the hashtag “Yang Yang 0909 Happy Birthday” had started trending on search rankings for nearly a month prior, accumulating 10.4 billion reads and discussion threads online.

As a parent who has a teenage daughter that is his fan I’m hoping at least he’s one of the few celebrities that doesn’t have kinky and pervert habits.
