Nancy Wu is Afraid of Becoming Infertile

TVB actress Nancy Wu (胡定欣) attended a promotional function in Tai Koo for her new drama, Ghost of Relativity <鬼同你OT>, which premieres next Monday. The 33-year old actress is surprised at how fast the drama is being released, since it features a supernatural storyline that supposedly requires more editing time due to the additional computer graphics.

During the event, the cast played a game of archery. When it was Alan Wan’s (溫家偉) turn, he accidentally struck Nancy in the back with his arrow. Nancy expressed, “Yeah, I’m close to being infertile! He’s not like that towards other girls.” When asked if she is keen on giving birth, Nancy replied, “Of course all girls say that, but I’ll let my close friends become mothers first. I won’t compete with them!”

Soon after the promotional event, Nancy will be flying to Malaysia for work. She expressed that the rest of the functions will depend on the other two leads, Moses Chan (陳豪) and Kristal Tin (田蕊妮). Earlier, Kristal claimed that Nancy wanted to slap her in the face. She explained, “It’s because Kristal’s character in the series is useless and can’t do anything on her own. I felt helpless about it.”

Since Ghost of Relativity airs after The Empress of China <武則天>, Nancy was asked if she felt pressure in terms of viewership ratings. The actress remarked that the pressure is beneficial, and she hopes it will keep up with the previous drama’s good ratings. On a positive note, the released trailer has already been well-received.
