Nicky Wu Praises Cecilia Liu’s Diligence, Filial Piety, and Beauty
Showbiz couple Nicky Wu (吳奇隆) and Cecilia Liu (劉詩詩) made a rare public appearance together at Sina Weibo Night, held on January 15 in Beijing. Pestered for relationship updates by the media, Nicky and Cecilia emphasized that they would let nature take its course regarding marriage.
After going public with their relationship last November, Nicky and Cecilia have made very few public appearances together. Although they did not walk the red carpet together at Sina Weibo Night, they did appear hand-in-hand for a media interview, during which they fielded questions about their future plans.
The most pressing question from netizens and the media is undoubtedly that of Nicky and Cecilia’s anticipated marriage. The couple replied that they would let nature take its course, and Cecilia added with a laugh, “In any case, we are quite public. If anything happens, everyone will know.”
Many netizens have also been wondering when Nicky plans to become a father, especially after he mentioned the father-child reality show, Dad, Where Are We Going? <爸爸去哪兒 >, in a Sina Weibo post. Though Nicky will turn 44 this year, he does not seem anxious about surpassing his prime years. However, he did add that he really likes children.
Nicky and Cecilia also addressed the issue of whether they would film another project together, which would mark their fourth collaboration after Bu Bu Jing Xin <步步驚心>, Bu Bu Jing Qing <步步驚情>, and Incisive Great Teacher <犀利仁师>. Cecilia replied that they would have to wait for a suitable opportunity, while Nicky responded that work should be objective: “It won’t necessarily be suitable only if the two of us act. Even onscreen couples cannot film together every day.”
During the event, Nicky was asked who his goddess was, prompting him to point into the audience at Cecilia. He then loudly praised his girlfriend for being hard-working, filial, and beautiful.

I agree that she is still glowing but in a more mature way and yes,she does look older than her age. I really hope they end up together and are such a sweet couple. LSS still has time but Nicky does not and I am sure he is eager to start his own family and he deserves happiness after all that he has been through.
Have you seen her latest picture? Gosh she’s pretty and outstanding even angelababy and Nini standing beside her… There is something about his face and smile that attract your eyes to look at her and wonder. So much beauty on her body posture and the way she walk, maybe because she’s a ballerina…
I think her posture is very good. And being a ballerina definitely help. Love her but with her she is with her boyfriend. I love her more..hahahahaa

Of course when anyone mentions filial piety it is usually aimed towards their parents, grandparents or someone who took care of them like aunts or uncles for example. Why would it apply to your boyfriend/lover???
