Kate Tsui’s Jewelry Business is Thriving

After leaving TVB in 2015, Kate Tsui (徐子珊) has remained relatively dormant in the acting industry. Instead, the 37-year-old actress took classes in design and released her first set of jewelry. Despite being a business rookie, Kate’s online jewelry business is thriving. In addition, she also recently signed with Wong Cho Lam’s (王祖藍) management company and is enjoying a line of good paying jobs.

Attending a beauty school graduation ceremony as a guest recently, Kate donned a low-cut dress, showing off her slim, but curvaceous body. Guest speaker and business guru, Monita Cheng (鄭明明), was also present to share her business experiences with the new graduates. Kate appeared fresh and vibrant at the event and could not stop talking about her jewelry business.

With the success of her first release, Kate traveled to Denmark recently for design inspiration. Despite the business’ success, Kate does not have any intentions of expanding the company. “Right now, I will only do online business and not in-store, because the rent is expensive.”

Although she has not made profit from her investment yet, the business outlook is optimistic. When asked whether she would ask Wong Cho Lam and Monita to invest in her business, Kate humbly said, “I wouldn’t dare. They do big business. I’ll be very happy if Monita buys my jewelry. After hearing about [her business experiences], I’ve learned a lot.”
