Samantha Ko’s Skin is Suffering from Overworking

Samantha Ko (高海寧) has recently been overworking herself for new drama, Assassin <殺手>. After working for 24 hours straight, her skin has suffered significantly and her face is covered with acne.

Samantha recently attended an event at North Point dressed in a beautiful yellow outfit and dyed platinum hair, in which she discussed her upcoming role in Assassin. Her character works at a temple, but she also has another identity as a culprit who cleans up after a killer’s dirty work. She said, “This role is really fun! I have to show a little skin, so I have to stay fit in order to avoid being fat on camera. I want to show viewers my best presence.”

In regards to her overworking and skin allergies, she stated, “I didn’t sleep enough. I worked outdoors for the past few days. The weather was humid, and I overworked, so my skin suffered and became really dry and itchy. Afterwards, acne began forming, which really gave me a scare. It’s a good thing there are a lot of moisturizing products. I will be more aware of the weather to better protect my skin in the future.”

Assassins also stars Wayne Lai (黎耀祥), Moses Chan (陳豪), Ali Lee(李佳芯), Elena Kong (江美儀), and Katy Kung (龔嘉欣).
