Yoo Ah In Faces Contract Violations Due to Drug Scandal

Hellbound’s Yoo Ah In’s drug scandal may cost him his career. Currently being investigated for his illegal use of propofol, marijuana, cocaine, and ketamine, Yoo Ah In, 36, is suspected to be a habitual drug user and may be facing criminal charges and financial repercussions.

In addition to having his commercials and advertisements removed, Yoo Ah In has been dropped from Netflix’s Hellbound 2, with his role being given to Kim Sung Cheol instead.

The 36-year-old actor also has significant screen time opposite Lee Byung Hun in the upcoming film, The Match, which may no longer see a release date due to the actor’s trouble with the law. Since Netflix is one of the distributors for the film, the company is reportedly in the preliminary stages of potentially terminating collaborations with the actor. According to sources, he may face up to 5 billion Korean won in contract violations as a result.
