Sabrina Ho Undergoes Dramatic Weight Transformation

Sabrina Ho (何超盈), the eldest daughter of late casino tycoon Stanley Ho, has largely stayed out of the public’s eye after marrying Harvard-graduate Thomas Xin in 2019 and giving birth to her daughter.  It wasn’t until recently that Sabrina began making her return to public events and even showed off a rare swimsuit that highlighted her striking weight-loss transformation after her pregnancy.

Sabrina and her friend Elly Lam (林心兒) recently travelled to Philippines and shared their vacation photos, including photos of their private jet. Wearing sunglasses and sun hats, the pair appeared to have a great time. Sabrina even shared a rare swimsuit photo, wearing a Chanel one-piece swimwear with sheer detailing that showcased her toned figure

The heiress’s new appearance attracted attention due to her dramatic transformation. Back in 2019, Sabrina gained a significant amount of weight during her pregnancy and drew the media attention while appearing as a bridesmaid for Carmen Yim (嚴紀雯), the daughter of former Yan Chai Hospital chairman Stanley Yim (嚴玉麟). At that time, Sabrina revealed that her dress had to be custom-made.

Suffered from Social Anxiety

Sabrina had been vocal about the impact the media had on her mental health. In November 2023, photos of her were leaked after she attended a wedding as a bridesmaid alongside Elly. Sabina expressed her frustration on her social media and wrote, “I clearly stated from the beginning, verbally and in writing, that there was a confidentiality agreement such that ‘No photos of me can be released’”

Sabrina further revealed that she suffered from social anxiety and thanked Elly for her respecting her wishes, “Only she truly understands my sensitivity to the camera. I hope to live a low-profile life, so she really didn’t release a single photo of me. She did everything she could to control the situation at the event.”

After giving birth, Sabrina successfully lost weight she had gained from her pregnancy and is now even slimmer than before becoming a mother.
