Cecilia Cheung’s Half-Sister Hurries Home To Keep An Eye On Nicholas Tse And Sons
Nicholas Tse (謝霆鋒) and Cecilia Cheung (張栢芝) resorted to strange measures in order to have the kids all to themselves. After receiving a tip-off from his trusty domestic maid that Cecilia’s loyal aide-cum-half-sister had gone out, Nicholas took advantage of the situation and headed to Yang Ming Shan Chong to spend some quality time alone with his children. Cecilia’s half-sister, Dai Bik Chi (戴碧芝), got hold of the news and immediately went back to “supervise” the situation, in a bid to help Cecilia keep an eye on her boys from getting too close to Nicholas.
The day before yesterday, after the unfruitful “negotiations talk” about their divorce terms, Nicholas and Cecilia resumed their own busy lives. Nicholas made a trip to his post-production company in Causeway Bay to discuss the collaborations of the new film with directors Alex Law and Mable Cheung while Cecilia Cheung was busily filming in Ningbo.
Despite being busy, the couple was still concerned about their two precious tots. Before leaving Hong Kong, Cecilia left her beloved children in the hands of her half-sister, Dai Bik Chi, to look after and care for them while Nicholas will be utilizing his time in Hong Kong to build up his father-son relationship with Lucas and Quintus.
Acting on a tip-off from his trusty domestic maid that Cecilia’s half-sister, Dai Bik Chi, had gone out for some dim sum and tea, Nicholas immediately headed to Yang Ming Shan Chong to spend some quality time bonding with his sons. However, all this was soon spoiled by Dak bik Chi who had darted back home as soon as she got wind of the news. The scene strongly resembled the movie, Infernal Affairs <無間道>!
Prevent Boys From Being Sported Away
Due to earlier reports that Cecilia had plans to bring their two sons to Thailand and yesterday’s reports that Lucas has been crying non-stop lately, Nicholas grew anxious over his sons. He remained at his post-production company for less than two hours. After receiving the tip-off that Cecilia’s half-sister was out, Nicholas immediately rushed down to Yang Ming Shan Chong to seize the golden opportunity to spend time alone with his kids.
Upon reaching Yang Ming Shan Chong, Nicholas’ cousin, who acted as his personal assistant, and an EEG employee, took the own initiative to leave via taxicabs. This allowed Nicholas to have some personal time with his sons and to settle some domestic affairs.
However, Cecilia’s stepsister, Bik Chi, who had already arranged ”spies” all over the estate, quickly rushed back with Cecilia’s manager, Emily, within 30 minutes of Nicholas’ arrival to “surveil” him under Cecilia’s absence and to make sure that Nicholas wouldn’t be able to take her nephews away, without anyone knowing.
Since it was a rare opportunity to spend time with his kids, Nicholas was in an extremely good mood yesterday and had a big smile plastered on his face. Asked whether he knew about reports that Lucas had been avidly crying, Nicholas laughed and replied, “You know then I would surely know!”
Although it was evident that his quality bonding time was interrupted by the timely arrival of Cecilia’s stepsister and Cecilia’s manager, Nicholas remained in great spirits Tse, after leaving Yang Ming Shan and heading back to the hotel to rest.
When asked whether he had a good time playing around with the kids, Nicholas immediately said, “Of course!” and thanked the reporter, “Are you ending work now? Thanks for the hard work!”
Starting Work With A Big Smile On Her Face
Meanwhile, Cecilia Cheung continued acting for the sequel movie, The Lion Roars Again <河東獅吼II>. Due to the treacherous weather and downpour, Cecilia and the crew members were trapped in the film set and could only don their film costumes and put on their makeup while awaiting for the weather to get better for some outdoor filming.
The crew revealed that after returning back from Hong Kong and rejoining the cast and crew in Ningbo, Cecilia often maintained a smile, did not carry any negative feelings back to the film set or request anything special for her meals or hide in her nanny’s car to shut herself from the outside world. She even had praises for her for having no airs. Even during times when there were scenes that did not involve Cecilia, she would still stay behind on set to communicate with the backstage crew and stood beside the director to look at the filming process.
Although Cecilia was down with a cold yesterday, the filming team said her state of health was alright the past two days and did not even use the pre-prepared medication. Clearly, she was a woman with strong endurance power.

Ah K: Wow, must they seriously be so calculative about letting one another spend more time with their kids?
I guess, when a potential divorce proceeding is brewing, it may be significant to foster a solid relationship with the kids so they will choose to stay with you when given a choice (which is understandable as all parents would want their children to be by their side) and to leave the outside world and the judge with a good impression that you spent any time that can be churned out with your kids.
But I feel that the real victims here are Lucas and Quintus. Instead of spending quality time together with their kids, Nicholas and Cecilia chose to continue their work and take on even more jobs (Nicholas -> discussing of the new film; Cecilia -> penning an autobiography) and let their unhappiness with each other get in the way (refusing to let Nicholas see the kids alone)
This is definitely not beneficial for Lucas and Quintus’ interest as surely they would crave for their parents’ love and not Cecilia’s stepsister’s love for them in the long term.
Besides, surely Cecilia and Nicholas are already rich enough to temporarily stop work? They should seriously forgo the money and focus and spend more time with their children instead, especially since kids grow up rather quickly and it would remain a lifetime regret for them if they miss this growing process.
Or maybe their excuse could be to earn as much money as they could for Lucas and Quintus’ needs in the future but sometimes money isn’t everything, it could spoil a child rotten, pull a family apart and it cannot guarantee happiness.”

The half sister should seriously back off. How is her interference going to protect the boys. If she is that worried that Nic will steal the boys (rather difficult seeing as he has reporters on his tail every minute of the day). All she has to do is watch the building exits or have the hired help watch the apartment door….
She sounds like she would go as far as verbal bashing Nic to the boys when he leaves.
The more people who enter the picture, the more complicated the issue is going to be.
Being Cecilia’s half sister, obviously she would side with her and not Nic. I wonder if she has the same personality as her.
Her whole family are receiving support from her so ofcourse they are going to help out.
They already rich, even if they give up 1-2 movies and spend more time with their 2 sons, I sure they will not go broke. With Nic’s asset, enough to raise this 2 children. I really think they should spend more time with their kids. Times once it pass, it will pass. Missing out on seeing the children grown up and being a part of their grown up process is important. They should continue to work, but just take up less workload, money gone can be make again, they should work more after settle down this dirvoce issue, especially at this time the children need the most, at the divorcing time.
And Nic is their father, he have the rights to spend time alone with them. Cecilia should be happy to have an understanding husband like Nic, after all those sexual photos, full body naked floating around with her and Edison Chen.
You know, I TRULY think that she’s just holding the kids hostage for money. After all that she still won’t give up. I feel that she’s just making things up. Seriously, if she doesn’t think for the kids, what’s the point of having the kids around. Also, I think that Nic & his family would take better care of the kids. I can’t say that she don’t love her kids, but if she’s using them, what good will it do besides giving her fortune. Is she gunna bury all that money with her? The kids need a dad too. I think she’s very protective of herself right now and it does seem like the war as escalated to the level where each side only cares about themselves. Ronnie, Dai Bik Chi is siding with Ceci while Nic’s family and assistant is siding with Nic.
I don’t know why, but I can understand (though I was initially very surprised) why Ceci would want to hold onto Nic’s assets due to her insecurities, but I don’t see her as a superficial and materialistic gold-digger.

I agree! I think kids are the cutest and sweetest when they are around Lucas’s age! 😀 Plus, I heard he’s very smart (you can even tell by his photos) so he should be extra fun to play with.
Yeah, it would be nice if both parents would spend more time with the boys but let’s remember Nicholas just sign a new 8 year contract worth 300 mil with EEG. They expecting him to bring in loads of money each year. He can maybe give up 1 or 2 movies but taking a year off is not possible. Cecilia is not really signed to any company so if anybody were to give anything it would be Cecilia. Like many mentioned before, it not like she needs the money no way.
Geez..once a very loving couple and now they are basically treating each other with silent and vulgar treatments. Hiring ‘spies’ to snoop on each others’weakness in order to gain advantage of their sons’ custody. I am quite appalled by their actions should the reports are true. Both of them need to mend their ways.
