Katherine Ho Returns to TVB After Divorcing Millionaire Husband
Last month, Miss Hong Kong 2014 second runner-up Katherine Ho (何艷娟) announced her divorce to millionaire 67-year-old Wu Zicheng (吳志誠), who is 40 years older than her. Their marriage didn’t even last one year, and the couple separated on amicable terms. Although Katherine reportedly received a $18 million HKD house as well as many lavish gifts from her ex-husband, the actress has surprisingly returned back to work at TVB.
While married, Katherine had removed herself from the public eye and enjoyed her new lavish lifestyle. However, immediately after regaining her single status, she resumed her role on Lo and Behold <愛．回家之開心速遞> and started filming for the long-running sitcom again.
Katherine still wants to pursue her entertainment career and become a better actress. She hopes that her career-focused goal will guide her through the hardships of divorce.
Prior to Miss Hong Kong, Katherine grew up in a single-parent household with her mom. She had dated previously, but did not settle down until meeting Wu Zicheng. After the divorce, Katherine was spotted kissing 55-year-old Anson Chan (陳燿璋), the Chairman of Chan Shu Kui Memorial School. Despite their intimate behavior, the billionaire denied dating Katherine.
