Married to cardiologist Jason Chan (陳良貴) for 2two years, the 42-year-old had kept news of her first pregnancy a secret, until HK paparazzi spilled that the 42-year-old was already 8 months plus along.

On the wee hours of November 1, Queenie shared on her Instagram page joyous news of her firstborn’s arrival! The Miss Hong Kong 2004 runner-up revealed in an interview that the baby had arrived before the cot was prepared. Weighing over 6 pounds, she loved smiling and making facial expressions, and was very easy to care for, said Queenie.

Undergoing postnatal confinement, the 42-year-old was enthusiastic in sharing details of her breastfeeding and parenting journey as a new mom. “The baby’s really punctual and needed her milk every 3 hours,” The hands-on mom would also personally clean baby’s bottle to ensure they are properly sanitized.

Hoping to put their parenting knowledge to good use, Queenie and her cardiologist hubby had diligently attended classes prior to childbirth, to give their little one the best care so she could grow up healthy and well.

In an earlier interview with the press, Queenie also shared recipes for the 5-meals-a-day vegetarian diet she observed, as netizens marveled at how she had maintained her enviable figure and radiant looks throughout pregnancy.
