Ron Ng: “I Am Not Interested in Sire Ma!”
Ron Ng Cheuk Hei attended a bowling game to promote Yes Sir, Sorry Sir <點解阿Sir係阿Sir> with fellow cast members, Moses Chan Ho, Tavia Yeung Yi, and Linda Chung Ka Yan. A recent tabloid claimed that Ron was living together with TVB colleague, Sire Ma Choi, while cheating on rumored girlfriend, Kate Tsui Chi San.
Pointing out that he did not know Sire that well, Ron emphasized that they were only colleagues, let alone living together! Ron also emphasized that Sire was not the type of woman he preferred! Why was Ron so blunt? “The tabloids claimed that I was using her money. I do not know whether Sire is rich or not. I am upset by the claims that I eat ‘soft rice!’ I have the ability to earn my own money and will not use women’s money.”
Noting that the tabloids were completely false, Sire denied that she was living together with Ron. Since Ron took care of her during filming in the past, Sire referred to Ron as her ‘sihing” (elder brother).
At a jewelry promotional event, Kate Tsui also denied that she was in a relationship with Ron, claiming they were only brothers. She felt that recent tabloid rumors were unfair in the way they portrayed Ron. When asked by reporters to swear that she and Ron were not dating, Kate only said, “I am numbed by this type of rumors!”

Jayne: I still think that Sire had a crush on Ron at some point. After they collaborated on OL Supreme, she uploaded both of their photos and created a morphed photo of what their child would look like. This is not the type of thing friends or even colleagues would fantasize about!
Ron kinda gives off the whole playboy vibe, but I don’t think he would be one to spend a women’s money, I mean he probably makes more. I think he looks cute with Sire Ma in OL Supreme, but that was with his nerdy look, with his whole cool guy look he is better suited with someone else. What up with all the bad rumors about TVB guys recently, since I’ve never been such an big TVB fan before, maybe I’m just not used to it. But seriously is the world trying to rip TVB apart from it’s talent. PEople should be nice to actors they work hard!

@Yee I really agree with what you said! 😀 Although I never really believed Ron was a great actor and probably never will, I’m beginning to like him more and more. He is tall and handsome and I’m more attracted to his fun personality than with his acting. He’s actually more manly than Raymond. Only his nerdy image in O.L. Supreme would suit Sire. I don’t think they look as cute a couple in real life probably because Ron is older, has been in the industry much longer, and is more mature than Sire. They look better as bro and sis. I think rumored-gf Viann Zhang would be more the type Ron likes.

I’m attracted to Ron’s handsome image and he’s also a quiet guy with a fun side and that make him adorable. He’s the most handsome out of the others in his generation.
I can’t picture him with Sire and never with Kate. Kate looks too wild for Ron.

I think that if a rumour occurs over and over again, then there is a higher chance that it may be true. However, if it is only talked about 1-2 times at most, then it is less likely true. The truth will come out with time….
I agree Jayne, I think that being a amateur actress, it would be very easy to fall for your co-star, especially when it’s someone as handsome as Ron! Sire is young, wouldn’t have surprised me!!

Based on looks, they don’t give off a couple vibe, but does seems like she had a crush on Ron previously. The sexy and busty kind of girl seems to be what Ron likes in my opinion.

I have a feeling that Ron is using women’s money. Last time he was also rumoured to be using Charmaine Sheh’s money also. Why not other rumours but money, if he has never done it?
I personally don’t feel that Ron is the type that would use women’s money. It’s not like he is unemployed or jobless so he is capable of making his own money, therefore, why would be degrade himself and do a thing like that?? If a rumour occurs only 1-2 times at most or is ridiculous, then it is less likely true. If it occurs over and over again then it may be true. However, the rumour with Ron using women’s money does not seem to occur that many times so I highly doubt it is true. Also, how would anyone know that Ron was using their money unless he admitted it himself or the women whose money was using admitted it, otherwise who else would truly know if he did or not??
I agree. I think if he really wanted to use women’s money, then he’s better off trying to hook up with rich socialites like Joel Chan going after Florinda Ho, not with fellow TVB actresses.
Oh so Sire was the one the morphed the photo of a child that is a mix of her and Ron?? I think that she did like Ron at some point, but he did not like her back. It seems like Sire is not physically the type that Ron likes. Viann Zhang seems like more of the type that he likes. I heard in another article where she said that it was a big misunderstanding and they never dated. I wonder if it is true?? I have a feeling that it might be unless the same old rumours occur over and over again then it has a higher chance of being true…
I think Sire had a crush on Ron too but Ron doesn’t like her. Ron is her first on screen partner and she might not know how to pull away from her role.

Ron is very handsome, has money, promising career, fame, expensive car and he looks like a good quiet guy too. I suspect Viann Zhang was just using Ron to get famous. There was nothing between them.
I think that Ron would have more success if his image came with more personality… he’s like a rock or a piece of block. Raymond has his pretty boy/chok image, Bosco has his fun/flirty personality… but what makes Ron… Ron, besides being handsome and a so/so actor?
I agree with you Judy. If only Ron can loosen up a little when acting, he could be quite successful. As for now, I am quite sastified just staring at him onscreen LOL. In regards to Sire, I believe that it might have been a crush from Sire’s side but not accepted by Ron, so I think it is perfectly fine for him to draw fine line in the article. I certaintly hope that Kate is not his gf.

I saw his interview on TV and he was quite direct and blunt that neither Sire nor Kate were his type of girls. Other actors would be like “we’re still friends,” “give us some space,” and would not deny possibility of further development-the typical Moses or Bosco’s ways of responding to rumors. Very vague. But Ron is not the type that would try to keep the media guessing. He seems like a very direct person, maybe not the best when dealing with the media. Kind of like Sonija Kwok. I can also see him with a girl more feminine, mature, tall and pretty. Sire is too young, Kate is too tomboy. Not his types.
Actually, I think being blunt and more straight forward is a better way of dealing with the media. If he was vague, then the media would just keep on guessing and speculating this and that. Then the same old rumours would occur over and over again. I always believe that it is best to be honest and straight forward so that the media doesn’t have to keep on guessing and making up stories.
Also, anyone can expect and want this and that, but sometimes you end up with exactly the opposite of what you want. Once you fall in love, love is blind…

You’re right. Relic and Yes Sir Sorry Sir are airing now. Kate and Ron are filming FH3 together as a couple. Reunion will be aired after Sister Fa soon. It might just be promotion and it doesn’t look bad too. It shows that many girls love Ron and he’s hot.

If that is the case, then the same can be said about Raymond but the only difference is that Raymond’s case is more severe.
