Song Joong Ki Announces Birth of His Son
Song Joong Ki, 37, expressed the birth of his son was the most precious gift. The actor shared a photo of his son’s hand wrapped around his finger. Song Joong Ki shared that his wife, Katy Louise Saunders, and their son are both doing well.
Right before their son arrived, Song Joong Ki and Katy flew to Italy for the actor’s attendance at the Cannes Film Festival, where he promoted for his new film Hopeless. The family are currently in Katy’s hometown in Rome, where she is resting after giving birth.
“I am very blessed to have met both my wife and son. I will take care of them with a grateful heart. I sincerely hope that there will be great happiness in your lives as well. I’ll come back with another project as an actor and as myself,” the actor stated.
His agency thanked all for their well wishes but did not disclose when Song Joong Ki’s son was born.
Song Joong Ki and Katy announced their marriage and pregnancy in January. A former actress, Katy was allegedly his Italian tutor when he filmed Vincenzo.
