Will Pan Allegedly Married and Becoming a Father Soon

After falling extremely ill and hospitalized for pneumonia in October 2017, Will Pan (潘瑋柏) said his time in the hospital had made him reconsider his life’s goals. He told his fans that he will soon be retiring from his singing career, as early as next year.

Just as people were beginning to speculate the true reasons behind his decision, a netizen broke the news that the Taiwanese American singer is married and a soon-to-be father.

The source allegedly came from Will’s own father Pan Chi-wei (潘志偉), a business management professor at Tamkang University in Taipei. The netizen said he is a student in Pan’s class, and that it is very common for him to come across students asking about his son. It is said that Pan only mentions his son when he wants to get his class’s attention.

Will and his reps quickly denied the news as soon as it was leaked. His studio representatives said, “Boss said thank you for your concerns, but he is not married, and with no one to marry, haha. He has received everyone’s attention, and will continue to work hard.”

But that statement didn’t stop the paparazzi from digging further.

They were able to confirm that Will and his wife Luna Xuan, a flight attendant working for China Eastern Airlines based in Shanghai, recently registered for marriage in the United States. A source close to the pair also confirmed that Luna is carrying their first child. In Luna’s Instagram page, she shared a picture of her Chanel bag, which was sitting next to a red Louis Vuitton x Supreme malle courier trunk. That same trunk appeared in one of Will’s Instagram photos.

  1. This is probably true. It’s only a matter of time for Wilber to admit the truth unless like Wallace Chung, he never does. Almost everyone has admitted to rumors of a family when netizens provide a name for the rumored wife or mistress, even Jackie Chan, except for Wallace. Haha.

What is up with Hong Kong and Taiwanese celebrities lying about being married and having children whereas Mainland celebrities are way more honest about dating/marriage/children? They date, marry, become parents pretty young too, yet, their careers don’t seem to suffer at all. If Korean idols can openly date like Kai and Jennie, there’s no reason why any celebrities have to hide their wives and kids. I mean, it’s their WIVES AND KIDS, that’s a whole different level of lying. Sure, sure, it’s their lives and privacy, but there are boundaries too, you know?!

Wilber and Wallace have no reasons to hide their wives and children. They’re not young anymore. They’re not super popular either who have teenage sasaeng fans.

  2. Me thinks he could’ve done better. I will miss him on the air if he really is retiring.

But congrats to him + his pending baby!

  3. Celebrities choose to hide their wives and kids to keep their loved ones lives private. Their family does not need to have nosey outsiders chasing for gossips and make judgemental comments on their loved ones every move. You all know who you are (the self-righteous busy bodies).
